When I came into this restaurant, first off I was starred at by the hostess who didn't bother to seat me instead a waitress serving coffee seated me.
I ordered an omlet with what was suppose to be cheese, onion and ham. I ended up waiting for 25 mins to get my food which according to the waitress the cook had put green pepers in the omlet which is why it took so long. I finally recieved my order but then it was missing cheese. I couldn't find my waitress so I went to the hostess and told her it was missing cheese and she just stood there staring at me. Then my waitress saw me and I told her the issue.
She took the omlet back to the kitchen and 2 mins later came back with my same omlet with cheese melted on top. I asked her why the cheese was on top and not inside and she said the cook said he couldn't put the cheese in the omlet.
I then asked to talk to the manager first to the hostess because again my waitress disappeared and she said he was on the phone busy. I said fine. I will wait. The waitress then reappered and I asked again to speak to the manager.
The waitress said that the manager told her to come "deal" with me and that they wouldn't charge me for the omlet. At this point I was fed up and walked out. Never again will I come back to this place where the customer service was obviously appaling and the manager could care less about his customers happiness and satisfaction. I encourage others to...
Read moreI went here with 2 friends. We were seated like normal, it has a nice atmosphere feel to it and the creek in the back is pretty neat. We placed our orders, 2 of us ordered a salad and i ordered a cup of soup, which was tasty. While my friend was eating her salad, she found a black curly hair in the salad. She's a long-haired blonde, and me and my buddy both have brown buzzcut hair so it didn't come from us. I asked the waitress for a new salad, which she gave me. She never once said im sorry or anything of the sort. She also didn't offer to discount the bill, nothing to compensate for losing our appetite a bit by find a hair in our food. I ordered a grilled chicken salad which was average, my buddy ordered a blt which was hard to eat with chopped bacon falling everywhere when he picked it up and my other friend ordered chicken alfredo. She said it tasted like the $1 Michelina dinners from giant eagle in the frozen section. I tried a bite and the noodles did taste like they were heated up from a microwave, they were basically soggy. I've never been here before and I don't think I'll be coming back. My friend who found a hair in her food left a $2 tip because she wanted to leave something. I left $0 as a tip. I was tempted to write 'Tip: Hair doesn't belong in food.' But maybe she will get the...
Read moreWith all the good reviews I'm surprised I have to write this. We went here after a movie for dinner and we won't come back.
First appearance when we walked in the door is a half empty place with most of the lights out. The cake case had so much condensation on it and no lights, how do you expect to sell anything?
The waitress would disappear for long periods as we were clearly done with our horrible food.
The food was gross! I ordered the meatloaf dinner which came with dumpling soup, rolls, cottage cheese, corn and fried potatoes. Don't bother with anything. -Meatloaf was like rubber and lacked flavor, it was like a TV dinner. -Corn was out of a can. -fried potatoes were instant and just don't do it...gross. -soup had more broth than stuff in it. -rolls were served without us given anything to eat them on!
The other people in my party ordered food just as back. Here are a few highlights.
-clam chowder soup was poured into a bowl with it running all over side....how about we clean it up before serving? Or do we not care about appearance?
-country fried steak had a lot of fat on it, probably frozen chicken.
My final thoughts as the food was cheap and that's about it, you get what you pay for...so...
