Tried this place for the first time today. We sat indoors and our waitress was a young girl with dark hair named Christina. We placed our order with her. Our drinks came out 15 minutes later and the food took 1 hour to come out. Since we had been waiting so long for our food, we finished our drinks and wanted to order more drinks but the waitress never came back during that hour wait. Every time I saw this waitress, she was sitting on her cellphone behind the bar area or sitting outside chatting and hanging out with the hostess. I ultimately had to go up to the ā€œto goā€ area to get myself another drink because our waitress was literally not doing anything. When our food finally came, I ate most of mine but the person I was with barely ate any of theirs. While eating, the waitress never came back to our table. Not even to ask us how our food was or to ask if we needed anything. She also didn’t ask why the person I was with barely touched their food. I’ve never seen someone with such a poor work ethic. Christina literally did the bare minimum required of her. Take order, bring order out, bring check. Nothing more. I actually started to wonder if she’s forced against her will to work here. Lol. Two stars are for the ā€œautumn latte.ā€ That drink was awesome. Food was decent. Service was awful. If we return to this establishment, it will be for to-go lattes and maybe try a...

Cute spot for a hearty breakfast. Has full sit down service as well as grab and go pastry and coffee.

The 7-hour corned beef is amazing, probably the best corned beef I've ever had. Must try if you're a carnivore!

7 hour beef eggs beni's were very filling. Great coffee, had a Mocha, no regrets.

The food is on the salty side, but I'll take that over non seasoned food anyday. They give you salt and pepper, so I would prefer less salt with the option for you to add more.

I think they have a bar with alcohol? A small bars sits in the corner but we didn't utilize it.

Service was warm and friendly, felt like visiting a friend's house.

Atmosphere is cool, the place is well decorated, a bit on the loud side with the heater going and music playing, but still warm.

The space used to be a glass blowing studio, I would've guesses a car shop, they have two big garage doors they open in the summer, and 6 outdoor tables on the deck overlooking the river.

Two gender neutral bathrooms, both were cleaned and smelled great...

Showed up at 1:30 and asked to be seated for lunch, hostess said it would take 20 minutes but when we came back 20 minutes later we were told we could no longer be seated as they were closing in 10 minutes - we then decided to get food to go. Not only did the to go order take a long time (they completely forgot about it) but they seated people that came in to order after us in the dining area. Food was bad - the burger was well done despite asking for medium rare and the tuna sandwich was subpar. What was worse is that their pastries were practically inedible - blueberry muffin was dry and had no flavor and the chocolate chip peanut butter cookie didn’t even taste like peanut butter - literally had to throw them out. How this place is rated 4.4 is...

I’m hoping me just had an off experience because we had high hopes and recommendations from others to try Baked. We didn’t try any of the baked good in the glass case but they looked amazing. We were seated on the back deck which was adorable. Our waitress was very nice but service was very slow overall. The food was mediocre which was disappointing. I was excited for the breakfast sandwich since they offered veggie sausage and they make their own buns. The sandwich was so dry! It would have been better with an aioli or a jam or something. The Huevos rancheros did not have much flavor either. The best part was the unique corn bread as the base. Again, I hope the service was a one off and maybe we ordered poorly.

Along with two other people we decided to have a light lunch at the Baked restaurant while in Shelburne Falls Ma. The service was good and the quality of the the food was also good. We decided to partake with a Quiche of the Day, Western omelette, and a Reuben sandwich with pan fried German Potato Salad. We enjoyed our lunch and continued with our sightseeing. P.S. The walnut scones they sell are to die for!!!

Loved visiting Baked! Stopped by after strolling in the area. They had a bubble machine blowing bubbles for customers walking why creating a fun and whimsical atmosphere. Asked for a recommendation for a enjoyable afternoon treat and th we lemon bar did not disappoint. Lemony flavor, tangy tart, butter and flaky crust. So yummy! Sat outside listening to the falls. Great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
