I have yet to eat in here but I have gotten food to go a few times and have never been disappointed, in fact very far from it. Everything I’ve had has been absolutely incredible! The French dip sandwich, the fried pickles with the best ranch I’ve ever had (I remember being told they make it themselves, I could be mistaken though), and a delicious Mac and cheese topped with pulled pork (a special one day). I was so impressed with the quality, servings and prices of everything I got. The Mac and cheese was more than one meal for me which was great. Also I love how friendly everyone has been each time I’ve picked up food, highly recommend this place 😊

My sister and I randomly chose this spot to grab something to eat. It is a small establishment. We were immediately greeted by Chad, who was so kind to give us a quick rundown of their process. The young lady at the register (I didn't catch her name) was so pleasant and engaging. Jenna made us the best strawberry lemonade adult drinks. We sat at a table by the window and chatted as we ate. The food was delicious. I recommend the vegetable soup, chicken bites, Cajun fries, and fried pickles 😋 Everything about this place gives me reason to return here again if ever I decide to visit this cold state. 😊

Admittedly, I’m a Ruben snob and have tried them at any new restaurant. I’m not sure how they do it, but they have thick fresh flavorful corned beef, savory sauerkraut and amazing sauce between grilled rye bread. Onion rings were crisp and not oily. The King Philip Chicken sandwich was also spectacular. I honestly did not expect this level of flavor and balance and I’m more than pleasantly surprised…this is my new favorite place…period. Owners and staff are invested in what they do, passionate in what they offer, and service minded.

Very cool little spot. We were in from out of town. Greeted by the girl at the counter & she promptly explained the style of restaurant they are (counter service). We didn’t know going in. Food was super fast, very good. We tried multiple things and they were 10/10. I hope that this is received well, but the broccoli cheddar soup needs some work! It tasted like broccoli in water. Not much flavor at all. We asked for salt, added 2 packets each, and it didn’t help much. I did bring mine home to add the “cheddar” part & some seasoning to give it some flavor and it was great. We also had onion rings (delicious), the glizzy- can’t get much better, my son had a taco and loved it - it looked fantastic! Husband got the Hot Mess & rated it a 9/10 which he is a tough critic! We’re big foodies ☺️ 5 stars because majority of the food was amazing and I think maybe it was just an “off” batch for the soup or something!! The customer service was amazing. Loved talking to the girl at the counter. Also, the chef would also get involved and explain some of the flavors & products they use to people popping in. Very “homey” feeling, very welcoming! We will return when we’re back in the area in the...

A hidden gem in the quaint, quintessential New England town of Shelburne Falls. Walking in, we were immediately greeted by a friendly young lady (sorry, didn't get her name). After the welcome we received, we couldn't help but notice the cleanliness and overall warm atmosphere of the establishment. Being our first visit, we had plenty of inquiries pertaining to the selections of food and beverage. The young lady who greeted us, was patient and knowledgeable, helping us make our selections. The food was top notch! We tried the rueben, burger, steak sandwich, cole slaw, hand cut fries, and mac and cheese. All fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection! Great beer and cocktail selection as well. Met Jenna (one of the owners). A fine young lady who obviously takes pride in her enterprise, as do it seems the entire staff! Great job Jenna and your team! Keep up the good work. ...

What a fabulous lunch spot this is! I’ve only heard great things-and today’s lunch did not disappoint. I tried the Smashburger, and I have to say, it was unbelievably delish-nice n juicy burger with fresh lettuce and tomato sandwiched in a bakery fresh bun. My husband had the Maple BBQ Chicken Wrap, well sauced with sweet maple BBQ, cheddar cheese and lettuce all wrapped up in a flour tortilla—which he whole-heartedly finished off. We split an order of Cajun Fries-and I have to say-these are a must! Fried to perfection and seasoned just right. Plus they’re served in a double paper bag-I mean, c’mon, wow!

There are so many sammies and sides I want to try-and they feature a very nice bevie selection too!

If you’re out leaf peeping this weekend- Hotfire Bar and Grill on Bridge St in Shelburne Falls is a must stop!

We will definitely be back-over...
