The way your managers talk to the staff both in front of customers and while observing through a drive through is awful. Im not sure of the one girls name but the other ones name is Beth or Bethany. She won't let customers use more than one coupon which after some research I found out is against policy. She yells at employees who follow said policy when they are simply doing their jobs. If the minimum wage crew can maintain respect in the workplace I have no idea why someone making a much higher salary while doing half the work can't. I avoid the place because of her. I have watched her belittle the staff time and time again marching around like she's got something to prove, just because they have a different way of operating then she does. I've watched the district manager maintain the same style of disrespect towards the staff for similar "issues". I've heard them threating the staff with their jobs over allowing a customer to use a coupon code. This is a poor reflection of the business owner. Anyone who finds these kinds of operations in the workforce acceptable needs to spend a day in their shoes. No wonder y'all always have hiring posters up. I will say the crew is amazing, hardworking, respectful and incredible for putting up with the things they have to on a daily.. but abuse is not the way to get that kind of behavior out of someone. It is incredibly alarming how long this has been allowed to continue once again, a reflection of the owner and higher ups. Yeah it's just a burger king but these are PEOPLE. stop with the domestic violence and abuse! it is quite triggering for those of us who have been in bad situations and we come their to eat with a friendly atmosphere, it shoots you back to a bad place when that's what we witness. We come to eat a meal not to watch an obese woman order young people around hysterically every time she clocks in. This kind of behavior is disgusting and the owner shouldn't have let it continue this long. The younger guy, I think he's a manager as well does an amazing job but Bethany needs to find a life outside of digging through cold fries and people's scraps for her next meal and picking on highschool/college kids all whilst disrespecting the staff who makes it. She's got a problem and if the owner won't say something I think I'll make her cry myself next time I witness this kind of animosity towards the kids who work diligently to fill her make believe quotas. I've heard her complain that the workers were taking from her bonus and such by following protocol while she can't even comb her hair to be presentable half the time. Very unprofessional and disgusting. If you award your managers by displaying this kind of behavior perhaps corporate should consider removing you as a franchise owner. The staff hasn't worked this hard in poor positions to be treated worse by someone they work with shoulder to shoulder then a customer....
Read moreExpect to wait a long time. Fast food is not their strong suit. Used to go all the time, and it was just always a really long wait. Made me late coming back from lunch break more than a few times...and it's less than a mile away from my work...
Also, past a certain point in the evening, the food stops being anywhere even remotely close to fresh. I will not even stop there after 12am. They are open on my way home (at 4am) and even when I'm starving, I drive past.
Always smells WAAAAAAYYYYY better than it will taste. #nevermind
Update: They got me again!!! I haven't been here since I wrote this review (about 7 months ago) and went tonight... Whelp, everyone in the car was late coming back from lunch break... A full 10 minutes late on top of the 30 minutes we are allotted for lunch break. We sat in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. My husband is only gonna get to eat a few bites of his sandwich to sustain him for an 11 hour work shift... We were told that they are short-staffed because not enough employees are scheduled during this time. We were also told that the scheduling manager KNOWS that they are busy at this strange hour (10:30-11pm) due to the large number of machine shops in the area whose night shifts go on lunch break within that time window. I had the worse experience there so I came up in the drive through and there was an older lady and she was very rude to begin with when I was ordering my food after ordering I drove up to the window I was like hello how is your day to her she completely ignored what I said so I handed her my card.
