I'm a regular at Culvers both this location and Madison heights. I had a very bad experience just beacaus of a bad customer service by all employees I talked to. I did talked to 3 employees at this location. Including 2 managers. I ordered a double burger with bacon but came without bacon. I called, the employee attended the phone asked me to look at the bottom of the bun for the bacon, I looked again no bacon. She said sorry. I said I paid for the bacon she asked me to come back. I said I'm far away she said sorry. I asked for the manager she said the same and hung up on me. I called back another guy attended the call he said he's also a manager. When I explained he also said the same thing. I said I'm going to write a Google review he said buddy go head. Then I asked his name he said my name is Christopher Hill go ahead and write my name on the review too. Then I asked for the regional manager's number he said he doesn't have to provide that to me. I will start by saying we have been regulars at this location for the last few years. Last night my son had something in the bottom of his bun that after a bit of research I believe to be flour mold. I called the location last night before figuring out what it was asking for help in identifying what it was and asking if I could send pictures. They couldn't provide anywhere to send the pictures and assured me it wasn't mold and said they checked the other buns and they looked ok. Today I called and emailed the corporate customer service and again asked to send pictures so they can resolve this with the bun supplier so that nobody else gets this in their buns and gets sick. It has been over 5 hours and nobody has gotten back to me. From what I read online this mold can be dangerous. I would like to hear back from them how the issue was addressed and in a timely manner so that nobody else has this experice and no one gets...
