I got here today at 9am, checked in which I was then instructed my appointment wasn't until 5pm. (Which is fine) I then asked if I could park somewhere on site to wait, they said "no that's to long. Come back at 4pm to check in." The whole time I was waiting(on the road outside of their entrance) a total of 3 trucks went in the facility. IDK why they "couldn't" work me in but the place has been died all day, they have plenty of space to park and about 80 dock doors with 6 trucks and you "can't work me in".
I checked back in at 4 and was instructed to go wait in the yard and they would call me when a door opened up. They then left me waiting at the gate, not being able to get ahold of anyone else for about an hour and a half. I backed into a dock door around 5:30 and no one had touched my truck. It's 7:45 at the moment. And all this is for a 4am delivery on the other side of the state. I don't have enough time for a 10 hr break so figure that one out.
Also you're not allowed in the building, no one comes out for any communication, you have to check yourself in and out and look at the pictures and tell me if they are too busy to take appointments early or they're just being lazy or understaffed...
Read moreGot to shipper at 01 thirty half hour early. Took them till 09 hundred to load me. I was six hundred pounds overweight.(the trk not me.I'm actually only 50 pounds overweight LOL)Nearest scale by the way is on the other side of detroit. scaled out, drove back to beautiful Niagara. Only it be told I need to have a skill ticket with my tandems all the way forward and my tandems all the way back. So I had to drive back all the way through Detroit. 35 miles back through Detroit again to get back to Niagara only to wait for 4hrs. Finally my company had had enough and have them unload the whole shebang at twenty hundred. Nice enough people easy back in and street parking. The problem is. You have to deal with people who are not even on-site.And they have a cazilian rules where they will fight you over five hundred pounds. Just one skid. In 30 years in this business.I have never had this much troubled just trying to get one skid taken off. We gave up and told them take it all.The lord wasn't worth it for us. It doesn't help if this place is a bit hard to get to just due 7 miles of traffic lights. I've been to a lot of niagaras over the years. This one was definitely the most...

Their docks have issues. They asked me back up 5 times: every time 1 inch left and then 1 inch right. I follow the lines on the floor and they are not parallel either. Its unclear where they want me move bc they keep moving me right and left, back and forth.
Bad network. Bad signal. Bad connection. And then they accusing me that, they called me but I didnt answer. Why would I lie about this stupid thing. I never received a call.
So idk but they really pissed me off right now.
Btw I answered their call and the one guy in the phone doesnt speak English well so hard to communicate with him. Its 2nd time that they say they called me and according to them I didnt answer but I never received the call.
Long story short I hope their manager teach them better....
