I’m sure we can all agree that coffee is a part of the day for most of us. But someone’s attitude from asking them to perform the task they’re there to do is not a part of the day. However, this is what I seem to get lately when I visit this location every time I asked for an Iced Capp with a shot or two of hazelnut (depending on the size) I end up with extra milk and no flavor!!!! So much milk that my drink is white instead of that golden/tan coloring it’s suppose to be along with plastic chippings from grinding the lid to close to the machine. Safe Right!!! And if I dare ask them to remake it with half cream, and less plastic, I not only get the same exact drink but this time with more attitude. Yeah there’s a such thing of people having a bad day but this has become a common thing for this location lately. I use to go every other day/evening but recently I only visit if I don’t have time to make my coffee or go anywhere else!!!!! And now I will not go back to location or the one down the street from it on Van Dyke and 23 mile. Must be the same owner to hire such careless employees whose only there to past the time and guaranteed to give you food and drinks they wouldn’t eat/drink themselves with extra attitude!!!!...
Read moreWent thru the drive thru this morning and the girl in the speaker was copping an attitude because I asked if the old fashioned plain donut were made fresh. She stated the donuts were made fresh every morning and I told her I received a stale one and she was basically fighting me and telling me that’s not possible. So I go up to the window where the same older guy from the last time when I got my donut. I asked him if he remembered the transaction when I tipped him a $1 because I added the old fashioned plain donut. He than claimed to make the donuts fresh him self every morning @5. I received a stale donut and to argue with a customer about a $1.50 donut is crazy work. To the owner that’s gonna reply with some file a timhorntons.com/customerfeedback. The transaction was 6:26am on 11-19 the speaker part was probably about few minutes before. I know you’re not gonna do anything since the drive thru guy is a lifer at Tims and probably a store manager. I remember him from the Utica location many years ago also being rude. Read moreWorst Tim bottoms I have ever been to!!!! Only been there two times! First time Wi-Fi was not working and they were only accepting CASH. Couldn’t buy anything so I had to leave. Second time they forgot one of my items. I called and the guy named Joshua was SO RUDE. No respect just disrespect. He says it was a small mistake and giggles on the phone. I tell him to stop laughing might be mistakes but at my expense. Just the rudest guy ever. If you all see Joshua there make sure to tell him that his job title includes being respectful to customers.
