Worst Subway I have been to in a long time. They only care about their bottom line and not their customers. I work all over Southeast Michigan. From Monroe to Lansing to Saginaw. I have hit many. These people need to sell their business or get business counselling. If you're too destitute to provide a common service for your customers in a franchise, then you should probably not be in a customer service based business. There is a Subway every 2 or 3 miles. The Subway franchise should excommunicate this one. I refuse to go here again. The last time I spent money at a business franchise similar to this one, was my first and last experience at that location. Needless to say they sold the business. I won't be going to this location when there are so many others that will suffice far better than this location. I was treated very disrespectfully as if I was inhuman. I asked for my food to be prepared very specifically as I walked the employee thru the step of how I wanted my food made and the manager came and said look do you want the food or not as i waited to be cashed out at the register. The manager cut me off as I was tell my husband on the phone in my own conversation how I was being treat. I told the manager that I was fine and just wanted my food and he snatched the chip from out my hand after I said that I was fine. I will never recommend anyone to this subway. Read moreVery bad place and very bad attitude from the workers , my wife was there to get a sandwich and when they put the veggies, like the olive and green pepper he was counting the peices he is putting , and he put very little, and when she asked him to put the proper amount , he told her we have to charge extra. With bad attitude,, are you serious ?? charging extra to put the proper amount of veggies, he was putting very little in perpose to charge me extra , i have more to say about this but this is enough ...
