Do not come here!! They do not care for their costumers, they do not follow health and safety policies and standards. I've had hair in our food on multiple occasions, advacado sauce on a quesadilla, dirty packaging, and overall slapped together food, old food, etc. Last night was the LAST night i will ever come. They usually do not hand out a receipt, but you can always get records of those receipts just so anyone who needs to know, knows! This location still has certain staff that have consistently done wrong by the company. I see them smoking marijuana outside on breaks, using phones or capes in store with gloves on, and never wearing the proper uniform. Yelling at customers, yelling at teenage employees, harassing others.Last night we came though and got a chicken quesadilla meal, when opening my taco i noticed black charcoal like residue on the INSIDE. My quesadilla was half tortilla and was barley cut, and when calling for a refund(the food was thrown out, i was not willing to risk my health.) The women said she knew how to do her job, repeated the same words over and over, that without a receipt there's nothing she can do. Also saying that what happened last night has nothing to do with them, and that her GM would say the same. I would rather go out of town to get taco bell, both stores do NOTHING to retrain these employees, or push even the smallest of health and saftey policies. It is also policy that all receipts be handed out...
Read moreTo be honest, I love Taco Bell food! Their menu suits my taste and their prices are fairly reasonable. I give credit to the chain for that and would score the chain at least 4 stars, but let's talk about the Shelbyville location specifally which I couldn't give more than 2 stars! Why am I so down on this particular location? Let's start with the continually outages: stopping in for breakfast and they have no eggs, "our soda machine is down" or "we're all out of ice, but would you like a warm Pepsi?" (That would be a no!"). We can talk about the long lines -- seriously, 15 minutes in drive up, and we call it fast food -- to be told only 2 people are working? My patience was strained but understanding until I got my Mexican pizza with no cutlery nor napkins! This hasn't happened just once, so no defending it as an off-day. I know I'm an idiot to keep going back; you'd think I would learn by now. I just keep hoping things will change but I'm fearful that our dollars are the only language anyone is listening to, so I may have to spend more time...
Read moreWe recently completed a full cleanup ,interior and exterior at this Taco Bell location, and as always, the experience working with the staff, the district manager, and the entire Bell American team was nothing short of amazing. Their professionalism and communication make every project a success, and we’re proud to be a trusted partner.
I do want to address a misleading review posted by another individual on this page. This person is falsely claiming credit for work that was actually completed by our team. The photos he shared are of projects our crew successfully executed. While he was briefly involved early on, he was unable to perform the required work and ultimately chose to step away from the job.
To be clear, we are in no way affiliated with the individual who posted the negative review, and his comments do not reflect the reality of the situation or the outstanding relationship we have with Bell American.
