Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Shelbyville

The wings were dry evertime we went and when u ask for more sause they want to refuse to add more bc they are dry so charge you to get the amount they advertise all these restaurants are doing this. Food is ok but going down hill. Went 4 times this past month same each time was thinking just by accident nope they are doing it on purpose bc the guy working stood there looking at it like he didnt want to til something was said so dont expect much sauce lost our business. Remind u $60 for 2 pizzas and a 8 piece of wings least they can do is put sauce. Wont be returning to this one they are not professional when u ask for something u pay for. They forget customers are why they are in business so lets screw them over. These companies are becoming complete trash. Prices go up quality goes down. Greed. Also the online shows a deal but when you go to pay you dont get the deal. So honestly false advertising on the food and the deal they advertise it as a deal dont get it and the food advertise as alot of sauce but dont get hardly any. Take pictures and push it. I'm a trucker and dedicated driver for our customer. I order out frequently. I ordered a thin crust philly steak and cheese pizza from Domino's via their app.

The app is user friendly and i had delivery in about 19 minutes. Delivery driver Ken was very pleasant and nice to deal with.

My only regrets where ordering this particular pizza. Who the #%&:@ puts american cheese on a philly steak&cheese????? Everyone knows it mozzarella and provolone not america and provolone. Had lots of cheese, mushrooms and onions but was severely lacking in the MEAT department.

If you're allergic to mozzarella, give it a try, otherwise it's not worth the effort to lift your finger to open the app.

Btw, i have been to philly and stood on the corner for almost 40 mins waiting for a chance to get a real philly steak@cheese. It was worth it. The pizza i had ranks right down there with litter boxes. Get it right and i may give it another try. Until then, the traditional pizza's is what I'll stick with...

Ordered online for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my order at the drive up window, I was told that my order was with a delivery driver and that they were taking it to one of their "usual" customers. They called the delivery driver and brought the order back. The food was good and the order was correct, but they gave me food that had already left the store and made it down the road. I suggest next time to offer to remake the order when this happens, as State Law Health Codes dictate that you cannot bring food that has left the building back into the establishment and then give it to a customer. I know that the extra work would be a hassle, but with a full crew of 6 people, I would fail to see why the laws regulating food safety should not...
