Hardee’s — Restaurant in Shelbyville

This is the second time I've been to Hardees in Shelbyville. Ordered 2 classic double cheese hamburgers at each visit. First time one was special order ... no cheese, no onion and extra pickle, the other regular. 1st special order was made incorrectly as it not only had cheese in it, but it also had onion and they didn't put the lettuce and tomatoe on that comes on one and it has 0 pickles. I returned it. The window order takes was polite and appoligized and told the back crew what needed to 've on it and what not to put on it and yo and behold they messed it up again by putting cheese in it, no onions they got right, but didn't put any extra pickle so again I returned it. The third time it finally came out as it was ordered all except it only had 2 slices of pickle on it. I just gave up at that point and ate it as made...very frustrating. Went there today and ordered 2 classic double cheeses - as made - no special order. Guess what? That's right they couldn't even get that order correct as neither had lettuce, tomatoe or pickles on it and mind you they are supposed to come with these things. Didn't return them today as neither were mine and the ones who got them just said forget it, it will take them another 30 mins to get them dobe. This place is rediculius. Their food is really good if they ever get your orders right, but it takes way too long to actually get your order. They weren't busy either time I went yet average wait in good was approximately 18 minutes. Would not recommend this Hardees. Unless you have time and patience on your hands and don't mind returning good how ever many times it takes to get it made correctly you would be very, very disappointed in the poor quality of service and in the grill person's and sandwich makers...

When I pulled into the drive thru it was 4:58pm. I was the 4th car in line. It took 10 minutes to move the first time! Another 10 minutes for the next move. By the time I finally got to the window, I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. I told the person at the window how long I have been waiting in the Drive-Thru and asked if they were going to discount my order for the time I had spent there? She said she would check and went and asked the manager the manager came back to the window about 5 minutes later and said that they don't give discounts. She told me that half her crew walked off during the middle of the shift. Sounds like there may be some management issues there. They said they have one cook, I said well I hope my food wasn't cooked 20 minutes ago she said no ma'am but when I got home it was stone cold! Completely unacceptable! They have just remodeled this Hardee's, with two drive-thru Lanes, one of which was closed off with cones. I guess it's a good thing because I don't think this Hardee's could handle two...

Where else can you eat breakfast that cheap? Everyone knows they are busy in morning time so just give yourself more time or go some where else - no one forced you to stop when the line is out to the road for drive thru or to door inside! I guarantee if mist people that complain worked there they wouldn't be as calm as they are when working! As far as the person talking about employees sitting they have 1 table that they are assigned to sit at when on break ( yes they do get a break ) And as for the smell of the dumpster coming from inside that is plum ridiculous - if you are going to make up something do a better job. NOW last but not least the person that complained about waiting for a hamburger - Hardee cooks theirs as they are ordered and they are not nuked in microwave like other fast food placed ! I would rather wait a little for a fresh cooked burger than a nuked one or one that been cooked for 20 minutes sitting under a heat lamp! Yes they aren't perfect but tell me where is a...
