I recently went here for a few combo meals for my family. We had to wait a couple of minutes at the speaker to order. Once we ordered we pulled up to pay and they asked us to pull forward and said they would bring the food out because it would take a few minutes. By this time we had already been in the line about 10 minutes. After waiting nearly 25 minutes I went inside to find out where our food was. The young girl I spoke to politely said she would check on it. Another girl was already in the process of boxing up our food. Then the manager thought it necessary to inform me quite loudly that it wasn't their fault it took so long because they had to wait on the fryers "to heat up". I don't understand why a chicken place would not have their fryers hot at 8:10 P.M. (when we got there). This made no sense to me. It's sad when the high school aged employees were courteous and nice since they saw I was upset but the thirtysomething (or fortysomething) manager was a total jerk. Read moreRUDE!! The food has always been hit or miss at this location, but after today's visit I won't be going back. Old black manager lady was rude while taking my order at the drive-thru. Other black girl was rude while I was paying for my food. Demanded I hand over my coupon, even though it was digital. I then confronted both of them for their rude attitudes towards me for no reason. The manager's excuse was that she just got out of the hospital, I go there enough to know that was lie. I told them I dont even trust them to pack up my food anymore. Manager refused to give me my money back and just gave me the old food instead. Fries were soggy, rice was crunchy like it was raw on top of the beans. It was all old. Kids wouldnt eat it. Read moreI turned off my vehicle in the drive-thru as a courtesy, so the CSR could hear me clearly. I had to repeat my order several times as she seemed distracted. When I pulled around to the pick-up window, I realized why. Three young ladies sharing a cell phone and having a great time. I received my order promptly but upon inspection, it was incomplete. I noticed I wasn't charged for it on the receipt. So, I went inside to purchase my missing side item. After ordering the side (again), I informed the young lady behind the counter what had happened in the drive-thru. She giggled, I paid then received my side. Although I'm glad that the employees here are enjoying their jobs, I will not return. There are several other fast food restaurants that are more customer focused and still maintain an excellent work environment. It all rises and falls on management. These happy employees need...
