Horrible experience! This was our first and last time coming to SportClips. My dad and I were the first ones in line, yet we waited over 20 minutes while the staff did other things and ignored us. One employee even said, “I’ll be with you in a minute,” but never came back to help. It was clear we were being treated differently because of our skin color, which made us feel unwelcome and discriminated against. No one deserves that kind of treatment. This was first time to a Sports Clips. I got the mvp package. Nancy was my stylist. The attention to detail was uncanny! I haven't walked away from a haircut in a long time completely satisfied. Not to mention the massage, hair washing and drying and the hot towel! I will be back for sure and I recommend anyone who hasn't tried SC to do so. ...
