Today I went into the dunkin donut shop. I specially total the cashier what I like to order 2 bagel with sausages and eggs. For some odd reason she only charge one?? I waited and waited. Finally the food came but only 1 bagel. I went back to the cashier and said I order 2 bagels. Not only that she took care of the next customer which I was already in line and talking to her. She claim I only told her 1 bagel..? My daughter was there and she heard me saying it was 2 bagels. Bottom line she argue with me again and again telling me that I only order one?? I know what I order..! I ask her (Claudia)I like to speak to the manager. She said I’m the manager..! Very unprofessional and lied about it. Then Claudia tell other customers things that were untrue about me. There no need for that..! You just don’t listen and not only that you argue with a customer. I know what I order..! It’s you who don’t listen...!!!Finally the real manager came..! I ask to get the phone number of the owner. Finally the manager gave it to. The cashier is lack of training in dealing with customers... period. Unprofessional and not only that she lied, arguing with the customer, pretending to be the manager and tell other customers which is untrue about me especially when I’m at the store talking to the manager. Read moreHaven’t been there as a customer but was a candidate for a position they had open and the experience via text I had with manager Tae was very unprofessional. He/she texted me a date and time for the interview ( without even giving me options of dates and times that would align with my availability ) and upon asking for details of the position ie if it’s PT/FT morning/evening he/she stated it would be discussed during the interview. I specifically asked this question to not waste each others time in the event the position open didn’t align with my availability. I kindly informed them I would like to withdraw from the position, thanked them for their time and wished them luck on their candidacy search and they responded with laughing emojis via text. Absolutely unprofessional and called for - this is not the way you handle applications...
Read moreI went in this morning and ordered a medium HOT coffee. Service was fine but I spilled my coffee while fixing the sugar. My leg and foot were burned, and I can tell you that YES that coffee is HOT! I cleaned up the counter, and my son let the lady know I had spilled my coffee. Since the lady gave a "I don't want to clean it up smirk" to my son he then did let her know if they give him the mop he will clean it up. Mop and bucket were given to him. I go back to the counter and let the lady know I had spilled my coffee. Usually when this happens they will replace it for you, no charge. But I had to pay for my replacement coffee. This is a first for me. If it was me on the other side of that counter first I would have asked. Are you ok? Second they would have got a replacement coffee for sure....
