T's Cafe & Espresso — Restaurant in Shelton

I was referred to T’s Cafe today by my daughter inlaw Erin. I took two of my sisters and we changed our lunch plans and headed to T’s Cafe!! We were all in awe of how friendly and comfortable and cozy the place was. It’s a super cute little bohemian designed cafe. Then we ordered their southwest salad and it was amazing!! It came in huge bowls and we could hardly eat it all. We all agreed that between one sister having a panini sandwich and us having our salads it was the best we have ever tasted. All their dressings are handmade and so yummy!! Then came to darling little bakery they have!! Special of the day was their berry cheesecake. Talk about amazing. I have no idea what the recipe is but I’m headed back to pick up a few more. It’s so light and was whipped with a delicious crust. I’ve never had anything like it before. My sisters had the lemon bars and loved them. Service was really super nice and they care if you are happy with your food. They come around and ask how is everything as we are stuffing our mouths. I’m so happy to have such a cute place to take friends and family. If you haven’t tried it yet you are really missing out. Thanks for the fun day and the best food on the planet! Yikes. These sandwiches are absolute junk food and very poorly made. They use the cheapest white bread possible that you can get a loaf for $1 in the store and they absolutely drench the sandwiches in cheap basic mayonnaise. Half the weight feels like soggy mayonnaise and bread. It’s so greasy it makes the wrapper greasy. The bacon is limp and not crunchy, it’s the premade kind you get at Subway, not fresh at all, made weeks ago and limp and paper thin, the avocado is brown, the turkey they give you is very cheap and thin. They call it OXY. Why are they trying to make it sound like drugs? This is literally the worst sandwich I have ever had. The taste was like salt and fat. Gross. You get literally one piece of turkey and one piece of ham there is no chipotle in that mayo and there is zero nutritional value in the sandwich. The lettuce is the cheapest and has no nutritional value. The cheese was so indistinct it literally tasted like a slab of fat. It is so overly processed and cheap and tasteless that they might as well not even include it. Nothing fresh here. It was like a gas station sandwich. The sandwich was so thin. This is literally fat and salt. I felt so gross after one bite, I had to throw it away. Definitely...

Everytime I come into T's I'm always welcomed with warm familiar smiles and great customer service. Always a great place for a cozy delicious meal, whether you dine in or take it on the go. If able to, I recommend to dine in and take in the homey cozy environment & relax. Call ahead for big orders to prevent a long wait. Some days can be busier than others & for good reason! But the wait has always been worth it. I will never not recommend eating here if you haven't tried it yet. They are definitely my go too food family when im able to treat myself lol they also do delivery as long as they are short staffed, it also depends on location as well!
