Roxell EMT - The Woodlands — Local services in Shenandoah

I have used Roxell EMT for my CPR training needs in the past and have overall been very pleased. However, recently I did not have a great experience. I was scheduled to take a PALS skills session after completing the online AHA course. The company called

2022 Jason and Lily were awesome instructors. They were very thorough, quick, and made the class very engaging. I did my BLS course and it was really fun. Just expect to do the hands-on skills first and then the test.

2024.01.08 I had my BLS for Healthcare Providers renewal today. Derek was our teacher and I must say he was hands-down an awesome and thorough teacher. What made it outstanding was that one of our classmates was more comfortable with speaking and doing the test in Spanish - Derek went above and beyond, and made sure that a fellow CPR provider was taught well and had the skills to save a life.

To me, removing a language barrier does increase survivability with different patient populations - Derek's compassion and eagerness to tailor the test and even change the AED prompts into Spanish was a stellar move.

“These Things We Do, That...

I had to take the BLS class for my nursing program in the fall, and I can honestly say that this was the best class! My instructor was Aaron Williams and he was fantastic. In order to obtain a BLS certification, we had to watch the AHA's training video which wasn't very exciting but Aaron made the class fun and enjoyable. He kept our attention by asking questions not only about the training video but also about certain circumstances where we would possibly have to perform some form of basic life support. His class and teaching style was very entertaining but also very informative. It is very clear that Aaron is passionate about teaching. He's a great teacher and I recommend anyone that needs to take the class to take...
