Staff are extremely helpful and kind. I ventured into Surreal Creamery and was served by a very handsome worker who soon after saved my life. This man jumped onto a live grenade using his body to shield me and others from the blast, A group of people then rolled up and began firing AK47s into the shop, he proceeded to deflect every bullet and knocked out each one with his bare hands. I thought my day could not get any worse until someone grabbed my dog and ran away, thankfully the worker does track in his spare time and caught up with the thief who was roughly 200m away in just under 6 seconds. 5 minutes after this incident a Boeing 777 lost power above the shop and started to plummet directly towards me, with his quick and sharp thinking he climbed onto the roof and just before the plane made contact he jumped and lifted the plane by its hull saving every passenger aboard. Our party tried this place for the first time and I'm so glad they were open late and we were able to go! We had a kids ice cream with toppings added, a mangonada (the medium is huge and you won't be able to finish it if you're eating this as dessert after a meal), and a strawberry Nutella bubble waffle. They do not skimp on what's included with the fresh made waffle - I was thrilled with how much Nutella I received. Also inside is creamy vanilla ice cream, strawberries, and whipped cream. It's messy and a bit difficult to eat if you want some of everything with each bite, but is so good. The waffle does take a while to prepare, but everything else is dished up quickly. I first saw their post on Instagram reels and was so excited to see it was in my area. Paid them a visit today and I loved it.

Gorgeous modern design. Very white and bright with a hand painted mural across the wall. Marbled floors and tiled area to make the soft serves and drinks. They have a good selection for drinks as well as ice creams. You can order pre-mades or build your own. I like that they give you flexibility.

We opted for a taro with brown sugar milk tea topped with the taro-matcha soft serve and it was fantastic ($12). Their boba was also very soft and chewy which I liked and they didn't skimp us on the ice cream. Amazing texture. Beautifully presented.

The restrooms were clean and comfortable to use.

My one critique is that the employees were not that welcoming and a bit rowdy.
