Two drive thru lanes. Both empty when I enter lot. Car enters first lane, few seconds later I enter outer lane. I hear loud speaker of inner lane take order. No one takes mine Two more car orders are taken from inner lane but no one takes mine. I left the lane, broke in line to the pick up window to complain that no one is taking orders from the outer Lane. The drive-thru pickup person said the manager is running the lanes and he chooses. That made no sense. So I assume the pickup window does not understand. So I park and go inside and ask for the manager. The same lady approaches and explains that as you pull in a bell rings and certainly I must have experienced this before and I told her I am 67 years old. I have been coming to McDonald's and I've never heard a bell ring. Then she says she does not understand the process . She just explained the process. Clearly I wasn't getting anywhere and I politely excused myself and told them I would be calling corporate. I am just one person, Corporate won't really care but you know how it goes. You feel better when you get to talk to somebody that understands. About one month ago that same lady took my order as well as my friend's order. My friend's order was delivered to the table and after 25 minutes I went to the counter and asked the lady if mine was ready and she discovered it was just sitting there? This McDonald's is exceptionally busy all the time but I do not think it has enough help and things get hectic. That's something that I do understand. If it were not for the fiasco one month ago waiting 25 minutes for an order that was just sitting and not delivered to the table. I would say this was a one-off but now I feel it is not and it must be brought to the attention of corporate. I called Corporate. The background noise from the other operators at the call center was so extremely loud, You had to holler to be heard. That was insane. I gave them the information and then I could no longer tolerate the yelling , It was if the other operators were yelling into this operator's phone. You couldn't hear yourself. It was so loud. McDonald's you have fallen a long, long ways into a deep well. I wish you well and I hope that...
Read moreTerrible and unprofessional “management” in house. The owners should be completely disgusted.
Young male Manager is inconsiderate, rude, and could care less about customer satisfaction. Waited in drive thru for an hour, no respect given to customers spending well over $60 on a meal. I completely understand being short staffed but I will never accept disrespect, rudeness, or snide remarks with a laugh in the face by any type of management when all you’re trying to do is be respected and valued as a consumer. This is an ongoing problem and I’m disappointed by the lack of leadership within this restaurant.
I had previously complained about the young male manager and his girlfriend who is also the manager… and to top the poorly leadership at this branch of McDonalds…. The “District manager” called to address my complaint without a return number, emailed and when I replied to email no response. That time I was charged 2x for my meal treated poorly in front of my young daughter by the young unprofessional and disrespectful young female “manager”.
I’ve on another occasion witnessed the unprofessional young female manager screaming at employees and acting less than any leader should…. No wonder they were so short handed tonight. Nobody should ever work in that hostile environment and I will never be a consumer at this location aga or any other place owned by the same people.
You would think that the real management team and/or owners would take some kind of action when young managers are on a consistent basis unprofessional and disrespectful to consumers. Such a sad situation for members of our community, children witnessing hateful humans while trying to get ice...
Read moreWe ordered DoorDash and when it got here. Our DoorDash bag had not been opened but was missing. Some items so I got in my car went to go. Pick up the items from McDonald's with my receipt. In my hand and was told the items were in my bag. No, they were not then. I was told that the door Dasher must have stolen the items out of the bag which no, he did not. So then. I asked to reorder the items and was told. I could then the lady gave me my card back. This was a manager mind you and told me. I was rude so she would not be taking my order. This woman should not be a manager, nor should she be an employee. McDonald's should fire her straight away. This is not the first time I've heard horrible complaints about this woman from her employees and other patrons. She's filthy, she's rude. Her face shows it and to treat people like that and then to call somebody a thief. I'd say McDonald's screws up enough on people's orders. You probably should have just done it. So I called management. Got a $50 gift card from McDonald's. My order was returned back to my card for the full order. And also got a $100 gift card from DoorDash. Trust me, I will not be spending any of it at this McDonald's on coffeen Avenue. Don't order food there. It's never good. The service is always s*, especially when this woman is workin, management and management. Said if any more complaints come in this woman will be losing her job so more. Complaints come in your way for the way that you treated me and my 11-year-old son. And for saying the doordasher is a when you know as well. As I do McDonald's can't get an order right to save...
