Just left the Sheridan, Wyoming Starbucks. Couldn’t hardly wait to finally get there as we travel along with no Starbucks close. They were extremely busy at the drive up n that’s ok I went inside. Drive thru cleared up, several people ahead of me inside got their drinks - one guy got an apology as his drinks were delayed. The gal told him there had been a mix up. Now I am waiting for my single drink — a frappe. Waiting n waiting. The little galley area for the drive thru had at least 4 if not 5 employees chatting amongst themselves . As a I start up to counter to ask about my drink a girl walked over n asked me what I was waiting for. When I told her a chai frappe with vanilla bean powder she looked over to the galley area n said that it wa being worked one Nobody made a move- just kept chatting. Finally at the end of conversation a gal went to the frappe blender n poured out my frappe n brought it to me. No apology offered 😑😳 Now I love Starbucks & I-pay good money for.awesome drinks n foods BUT one thing I do NOT like is employees who forget they are not there to fraternize in conversation amongst them selves when their job security aka we the customers is patiently waiting for their Starbucks addiction fulfillment!! I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible actions taken by the employees and Good Samaritans at the Sheridan, Wyoming Starbucks location . My 71-year-old father, who is a regular at your establishment and often comes in for his afternoon coffee, suffered a heart attack as he was walking into the building.
Thanks to the quick thinking and prompt actions of the Starbucks employees and the Good Samaritans present, my father is alive today and receiving the necessary medical treatment. The employees, who had gotten to know my father over time due to his frequent visits, immediately recognized the severity of the situation. When my father became coherent, they were able to contact me right away, allowing me to head to the location and be by his side as soon as possible.
Our family is incredibly grateful for the supportive and caring community we live in, and we are particularly thankful for the exceptional staff at the Sheridan, Wyoming Starbucks. Their responsiveness and compassion made a crucial difference during a critical moment.

Read moreI bought a tumbler from Starbucks. There is hole in the inside of the tumbler allowing water to leak between the outter & inner cup.(hopefully this makes sense). I don’t have a receipt but.. there is a giant Starbucks logo on the cup. I wasn’t asking for cash just a exchange due to hole in the cup I wasn’t aware was broken as I hadn't used it yet, obviously I wouldn’t buy a broken item. I called to see if I can exchange the item & was informed its not allowed. I will be buying tumblers elsewhere as I was sold a broken cup & was not allowed to exchange it for a working cup. I always see small coffee stores in Buffalo & Sheridan & not only is The Fix coffee amazing as well but.. I’ve bought items from The Fix & if they sold you a broken item The Fix has always replaced it without issue! I guess the small companies care more about customer satisfaction than the big corporate companies like Starbucks.. I wont be going back, I was disappointed the woman on the phone just didn’t care.
