Taco John's — Restaurant in Sheridan

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. This is our third time given this place a Try. The first time we came through, we were told it would be a 15 minute wait for any food we ordered because they’re short staffed. We were in a hurry so we chose to go somewhere else. Second time we tried We went inside to eat, and that was a bit better. Here we are again, trying it out, hoping that this time would be As good as the second time, if not better because the second time was still meh. Now here we are sitting in the drive-through line stuck and can’t leave tired and ready to hit the road. And we’ve been sitting here for over 15 minutes. There’s only been two cars in front of us in which one moved on pretty quickly. This is definitely not fast food. I forgot to mention the second time we came through. I asked the lady for a few extra napkins and she told me “ The answer would usually be no, but she’ll make an exception for me”. I asked her why and she said she she’s only allowed to give out so many napkins per order per Customer. I don’t even know why she mentioned it just give me the napkins or don’t. She tried to make me feel like I was getting special treatment for two...

Placed my order using their app like I have before. I get to the restaurant, go inside stand in line behind everyone, then I'm the only person there and no one in this restaurant asked if they could help me. A guy from the backwalked past me 3 times Without asking if I needed help. Then I went to the register and told the lady I had an app order and she said they don't do app orders there.And she tried to take my order even though I paid for my order on their app. She went to talk to manager and came out with my order. She said she'd never heard of anybody ever ordering with an app and she's been there for 8 years. Bad training and Terrible customer service. I ate at taco John yesterday, between Missoula and Billings on I 90, and it was wonderful! Great customer service my order was waiting in it's own little...

We stop here every year on our way home from Montana at Christmas. It's a tradition and we look forward to it. Today we paid $50 for food we literally had to throw away it was so bad. My husband had the 'Max".burrito substituting ground beef - they uncharged for the ground beef and then didn't put it in the burrito - it was a tortilla full of soggy rice. My kids and I had softshell tacos and I took one bite and took them away from my kids. The ground beef was still cold and tasted old. If we weren't on our way down the road I would've gone back for a refund - this tasted like a food poisoning special. Its too bad the quality of this place has gone so downhill. The only redeeming items were the oles...
