Centennial Theatres — Local services in Sheridan

This is our only theater option so hard not to give it better reviews with nothing else local to compare to. I sought out the review option to vocalize how disproportionate the volume is played in relation to size of the theater. Even sitting in the very back its not a stretch to describe it as painfully loud. I have to bring ear plugs in order to enjoy any movie, so much so that the theater experience is no longer enjoyable. It's not because I am old, even my teenaged and young adult children are uncomfortable and will hold their ears throughout the showing. Cleanliness is better than expected. In the womens bathroom you have to climb over the toilet to get behind the stall door in order to close it. Saw movie "Uncharted". I am 63 & getting hard of hearing but in this theater I heard it all to the point that I covered my ears as it was just way to loud. Most all actions scences were intensely loud to the point that I kept one ear closed using my finger. The screen was awesome. The seating is Stadium style with cup holder armrests. There is one Secluded theater room that has plush recliner seating for just $1.00 more. The line stretched out the door and out on sidewalk but took about ten minutes. Popcorn-Candy-Pops area was fully Staffed and went real fast even tho there were very long lines. Bathrooms were very clean. Lobby was clean & nice. They care very much about everyone and make sure ALL is satisfied! Cold, soggy or over salted popcorn..replaced! Got handed melted M & M's, Whoppers etc? They'll swap and make right! They will redo and fix the situation and make it right and care doing it!Centennial Theaters does not disappoint!
