ordered online which means you have to put your phone number in. Online stated the product was in stock and would be ready within 5 minutes. I drive there and the lobby is already closed (there aren't even hours on the door stating when lobby is open), I then drive to the speaker and told them I had a carry out... they then proceeded to tell me the product I ordered was unavailable. So I checked my phone to see if I had a missed call and I did not. I asked them why nobody tried to contact me regarding this situation and the girls words were "yeah.. we don't do that". SO, when arby's does not have your product in stock they will wait for you to drive there just to tell you that you wasted your time and gas. Also, when I asked about when I would receive my refund since I already paid for my meal I got a "i don't know". I think this Arby's could use some work. This isn't a first time thing. Two weeks ago when I ordered the same thing (not online this time) a girl told me "yeaaah... I don't feel like making that. Can you choose something else". Classic. Good luck keeping customers treating people this way :)
A month later after first half of review: A month and I am still waiting to hear from someone since I did what the comment below told me to do. Awesome y'all. I did not know it was so hard to make a phone call or even just a simple email stating an apology or something. ANYTHING. If I have to I will comment an update every month until something is resolved with this issue. Thanks for your...
Read moreWe tried to order from the drive thru and the employee taking our order was short and uninterested in trying to take our information. We even received a receipt with only the first portion of the order. As she had rang it up then had to add on the rest of our order. We multiple times asked for no cheese. When we waited for our order as it wasn't something readily available, which were fine waiting for. The General Manager came out to bring it to us. Before we could finish checking it to make sure everything was right, he had gone back inside and locked the door. Once reviewing what we received we found out the one item we asked for no cheese on, still had cheese on it. With no way to pull it off. We were forced to get back in the drive thru to try and fix it. Once we finally got to the speaker the lady who originally took our order, told us that we didn't order it without cheese. But she was so short with us, there is a good chance she never even heard us say it. Even though we said it multiple times. She then told us to pull forward. Assuming they would bring out the order like they originally had we pulled forward. Only to be told by the GM leaning out the window, we should have stayed in line. And we would have to walk up to the window in front of the other cars waiting if we wanted the fixed sandwich, because he wasn't going to bring it out. For what we paid, I would expect fresher fries and better customer service. Especially when the employee working has General Manager on...
Read moreWe stopped in at 830 last night on our way home from st louis. Since we were needing to use the restroom we went inside. We were the only ones inside. My husband and I met at the counter to order, an elderly lady came in about 2 minutes after us. The girl behind the counter was walking back and forth in front of us talking on her cell phone (making plans for prom) and never once looked at us. We stood patiently waiting on her to finish making her prom plans. Our patience was tested a few minutes later when she literally stopped in front of us but still did not acknowledge our existence. Luckily a nice young man in the kitchen saw what was going on and apologized then stopped her and told her to wait on us. She didn't.... instead she told the receiver of the prom plans on the other end of the phone to "hang on". She looked at us like a deer in headlights and put a finger up signaling"just a second ". We smiled and said ok thinking she would now put the phone down but instead she walked over beside the fry station, in the drive through area and continued her conversation. She came back a few seconds later (after the sweet young man in back urged her to) and said, "uhhhh... you're gonna have to hang on one minute". DONE!!! Luckily Freddie's was across the parking lot so we walked over and received prompt and friendly service.
The lady behind us walked out as well... 1 vehicle in the...
