Called in an order yesterday evening, and IMMEDIATELY called back with a correction; literally, in under 2 minutes of the first call, I attempted to make a correction. The cashier started the 2nd call by verifying that my meal was not yet started, and when the cashier put me on 'hold' to ask her manager/staff if they could change the ticket, I literally heard the manager/kitchen person bitching about changing the order, and even after the cashier tried to have them correct it after she AGAIN verified that the item in question was NOT yet made, they told her "just tell them it's already made" (how does an entire order get made within 2-3 minutes of the call??). Again, I could literally hear the entire conversation between her and the staff/manager as the phone was not muted, and as she came back on the phone to say "it's already made" and that the correction could not be done, and that set me on guard. So, within a few minutes, I stopped by (I was just about to arrive anyways, as I was driving towards the restaurant when calling) and I was AGAIN lied to by the cashier (now I'm standing in the restaurant) that the order was "already made" when I clearly heard everything on the phone. BTW, my order was still in the queue as I stood there trying to explain that I heard everything on the phone. Yes, I canceled my order right then, because how can you trust anyone with your food when they blatantly lie to the customer, and have the stupidity to not mute the phone and the customer hears everything? And then, they continue to lie when the customer arrives? There is too much negativity in this world, and when a simple request to change an order is treated in such a manner, an establishment can't be trusted. I'm sure they can make good food, but at this time, they can't make a good sense of trust, and that matters the most. The manager or staff who acted like that should really not be in that position, because they are destroying the business with such a negative attitude. This was not an issue of trying to change an order when it's being picked up; it's case of ignorance and ego with the staff and/or management who really should not be working in the world where customer service is crucial. What else do they lie about? Is that how they treat all of their customers? Do all simple requests for corrections get treated that way? People ultimately pay for the experience of something, and if a base level food order results in such a breakdown in ethics and attitude, then that business fails at the very core element of why they are there in the first place. Fortunately, there are other locations to choose from, and Brothers Pizza won't be a future option...
Read moreI have placed multiple orders here and over the years multiple mistakes were made. Hardly any good ever comes from this place honestly. One review per bad incident.
It was a slow Tuesday and college wasn’t even in session. I ordered a large mushroom pizza and went to go pick it up 20 minutes later. I arrived and there may have been like one other customer there eating. I told them my order number and paid for my order. They simply told me my order was not ready. I saw a pizza on top of the oven though and thought, “if it’s not ready, it’s not ready.” I sat down and waited 20 minutes. The whole time the cashiers were joking/flirting/ having a hay day with one another. Not a single customer walked into the store for food. I then heard them say “where did this pizza come from?” I knew the whole time it was most likely mine as the minutes went by but waited for validation. They walked to me and handed it to me like it was fresh and not 30 minutes old. I scoffed and took it after twenty minutes of extra waiting and got home to a Luke warm pizza.
Such immaturity in this place and management is a joke. Most likely illegals working there. I would tell people go to pizza guy or Alfredo’s, heck even Italian garden beats this grease ball of...
