McDonald's — Restaurant in Shippensburg

This place deserves 0 stars. I’m local and every time I need a quick bite to eat I go to McDonald’s. This is the only location I ever been to that makes every car that goes through their drive thru wait in the drive thru spots. EVER SINGLE TIME IM THERE I HAVE TO WAIT. Now I would be more lenient if I were to order a bunch of stuff but when it’s a large fry and a cheeseburger I have to wait 15 minutes for it every time??? Then when I ask Chrisy at the window why is it every time I go to this location you have to wait in the drive thru spots and she didn’t have an answer. Then she wants to say to another manger I have no where to put her because all the spots are full. Once one car left the spots were just getting filled by everyone through the drive thru. She asked me if I would go over to spot 3 and I said to her I’ve been wait 10 minutes already sitting in the drive thru now you want me to go over in a spot to wait even longer? I asked her how much longer it would be and she said a few more minutes. Ridiculous! I pull up to spot 3 and the gentleman beside me said “you should just cancel your order because I just waited forever for a Happy Meal then when he got it, it wasn’t made correctly so he had to go inside. I told him it’s ridiculous when I order 2 things and have to wait 15 minutes. If I wanted to wait that long I would go to a sit down restaurant. McDonald’s is supposed to be “fast food” but this Shippensburg location there is nothing fast about it. If you want to waste your gas and wait 9 years for your food plus get rude comments made by “Chrisy” at the drive through window go to...

Went through the drive through and it took a good 20 minutes or more after paying to get the food. We looked at the ice cream station through the window while we were waiting and it was the dirtiest food station I've ever seen. When we finally got our food all of it wasn't in the bag so we had to go back in for it and the service person inside was disrespectful even though it was their mistake. Then once we got home and opened the sandwiches NONE of them were made right and my daughter's food was so gross looking we took pictures and are calling corporate. Then when we called in and told them about what was wrong the night manager offered a refund for the food, since it wasn't edible and told me I could come in in the morning and get the refund since I was a half hr away at that point. The next morning when we went for the refund the morning manager was very disrespectful and caught an attitude with my daughter and said they don't give refunds, but she would do it this time. You shouldn't treat customers the way the manager in that place does, and you shouldn't be handing food out the window to customers that you wouldn't feel comfortable feeding to your own family. This store has gone terribly down hill since they wasted all that money redoing it and reopening it. They need a whole new staff in this location and should only hire employees that want to work and that have respect for others. I will never visit this location again, if I were you I...

This is one of the saddest restaurants I've ever gone to. You wait a ridiculous amount of time in the drive thru for your food and you dont get what you ordered anyways and half of what you do get isn't made right, cold, or it's so disgusting and unediable. The managers they have working in this place are some of the most disrespectful people I've ever met. You can't act like your better then everyone else when you work in McDonald's of all places. And you can't stand there and talk to customers the way they do and expect your store to thrive. And if you don't want to issue refunds for food that's unediable then you should be making sure the food is good enough to feed to your own families before you hand it out the window. This store is so bad, I'm not sure why they did all that work to it when they don't even have employees working the store that have respect for others or that actually want to work and do their jobs right.
