I am all for shopping local small business. The guys working here are nice enough guys. The two star review is due to the recent release of disney lorcana and the fact that they marked up the price of their booster packs 100%. Ravensberger did this early release for local game shops in an effort to get people into their stores so people who do not usaully shop at these places can see how cool they are, not so they could price gouge their customers. I expect prices to be a little marked up but 100% is crazy. I wouldn't purchase cards here again because this type of thing is not how you keep customers especially when you relize that their prices will drop to $6 a pack once they release in big box stores instead of the $12 a pack they currently charge. I stopped by last week and the place was packed for an event. Two guys behind the counter were friendly. I bought an expensive card from them, they were willing to take trade on it and gave me about 67% value towards store credit. They also gave me a 10% discount off the asking price on the card I was buying as well. Both were very helpful with my questions, as I am very new to yugioh and it's Rarity options.
