Well I get there and I order you tell them to the drive-thru that I want it extra crumbs hopefully in a box on the side because that's my daughter's favorite she's little I said in a line for a half an hour no joke I get to the window she tells me my order and I said yes and the extra crumbs because I said it twice through the drive-thru and she said okay she again said yes yes I know okay she hands me my food there's not one crumb in there I said where's the extra crumbs all yeah I meant to tell you we don't have any crumbs you meant to tell me that did you mean to tell me that when I said it twice at the drive-thru when I ordered or did you mean to say it when I just told you now or did you mean to say when you handed me my food just now when did you mean to say it so I told her make sure next time if that ever happens again because she's done this before to my husband let somebody know what you're out of food if you're out of the third kind of food let them know cuz they might not sit in that mine for half an hour now I got to crank it cuz she's not going to get what she wants but I got my food that's what I call to tell if someone up there just to make sure that they just don't do that again and they don't answer the phone they let it rang and rang and rang that's the kind of service that's in the south in right now everywhere bogus and not worth a damn and hopefully the owner of this place actually cares and maybe they read the reviews My do...

The employee that rung me up, rung me up incorrectly and overcharged me and once I got home, I realized that I was given a partially incorrect order and the food was very disappointing. I bit into the fish and it was pink, so I pulled it apart to see, and it was very slimy and wet.
I took my order back to the location to let them know what was wrong with my food and I told them that I simply wanted a refund, but the manager on shift claimed that she could not give me a refund and that I needed to write my name, phone number, and address on a piece of paper and that corporate would get back with me within a week. As of today, January 24th, 2025, it has been a week, and I have not heard back from anyone. I did not know that I had to go through extreme measures to simply get back $16.79. On 07/01 my mom decided to treat my wife and I to a meal. Everything was find I put in the order online and went thru the drive thru to pickup my order. When we picked up the order I asked the lady handing me my food if the hush puppies were in the bag with my meals. She states yes while singing a R&B song I thought ok but went to my moms for lunch and the order was missing the hush puppies and the frys and shrimp were cold. Called the store the singing Manger apologize that we were missing the hush puppies and for the food . We had to drive back to the store and wait for new food the cook was rude. Another customer who didn't speak English came in at the same time cook was bringing my order out and ask the gentleman if he had his order but he was waiting on the lady to make his drink and rudely Shooed him away by waving his hand.
