I have had multiple issues with this Domino's location on 7th St. In Louisville. The issues include my order taking 2+ hours to receive, recieving the incorrect order, my order being cold, and my pizza not being correct. I ordered one small pizza. I waited about an hour and a half for my pizza to arrive after the tracker posted that it was out of the oven. I finally recieved my order, and the pizza had already sat out so long, it was colder than room temperature. And it had no sauce for the base. I double checked my order on the app and everything looked correct as far as what I selected. I then called the store to complain. The guy that answered clearly did not have any customer service skills and he was very rude. He did not apologize for the inconvenience or for my order being wrong. He did not offer a solution. He basically told me that he had just arrived and the pizza was already out the door when he got there. He also mentioned that he only had one driver. He didn't say anything further. So that prompted me to ask for a solution to the problem. He was very slow and hesitant to answer. Finally he told me, " Well we can send you another order but it will take at least an hour to an hour and a half for it to get to you." I then told him that I didn't want another order. I just wanted a refund at this point. I thought that if it was going to take an extended amount of time and that my order was going to be cold, that I should have been notified at the very least. Instead my pizza is cold, hard, no sauce, and even if I heat it up it is not edible. He cancelled the order out. So it's like it never happend. I appreciate him resolving this. However, with this happening on a consistent basis, I feel that I should complain here. The reason I'm writing this review is to inform people about the terrible customer service of this location. I encourage you to steer clear of this place, if you want to avoid the frustration. It is partially my fault for being stupid enough to order from here multiple times. This won't...
Read moreQ1Last night, I placed an order at Domino’s on 7th Street, spending over $50 on two pizzas, stuffed cheesy bread, garlic knots, a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and wings. The order was estimated to arrive within 25-35 minutes, but after waiting an hour, I called to check on the status. I was told the food had just come out of the oven. I offered to pick up the order myself, but a young gentleman reassured me it was en route.
After waiting an additional 35 minutes, I called back. This time, a lady who identified herself as the delivery driver stated she was just leaving with my order and that it had only recently come out of the oven. I asked to speak to a manager, but a young lady in the background refused to come to the phone. Initially, the person answering the phone was also somewhat rude. Both employees declined to provide their names. Eventually, the manager admitted it was her last day and suggested I call the general manager the next morning.
Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. The wings barely had any sauce, the stuffed cheesy bread was flat and not worth the $7, and while the pizza was acceptable, the overall experience left me disappointed. After nearly two hours of waiting for my kids to eat, I had to go and pick up the order myself.
This morning, I attempted to contact the general manager but was told they wouldn’t be in until tomorrow. Additionally, the staff claimed there was no employee named Brittany, despite the previous night's conversation.
While I’ve had minor issues with this location before, this was by far the most disappointing experience. For a Domino’s location that typically provides great service, this was a significant letdown. Given the poor service, the lack of accountability, and the subpar food quality for the price, I’ll be looking for another pizza company to support...
