I have been here four times now so I can say for sure that this is a terrible location.
Trip #1. Every thing was fine just another chipotle.
Trip #2. They where making my burrito and when they got to the condiments I asked for hot sauce, sour cream, and cheese. They put on hot sauce, sour cream, and then said they don’t have cheese would I like something else instead. I told them no but I don’t want a burrito without cheese. They proceeded to ring me up and said that’s not possible as they are out of cheese. I asked why I would pay for something I didn’t order and they said the already made it so I had to pay for it . Though I shouldn’t have paid but I did just to avoid the argument.
Trip #3. I got everything I asked for unfortunately the amount was laughable. We’re talking about a teaspoon of rice and steak drowning in hot sauce.
Trip #4. I begin my order and everything seems to be going smoothly decent portions and I’m thinking the last two times were just bad luck. Then they go to ring me up and ask “was that chicken ?” And I say no it’s steak. she says that’s impossible because we are out of steak. I say it better be steak because that’s what I ordered and it looked like that was what got put inside. She says okay let open it up and look. She opens the burrito and says that it’s carne asada and proceeds to ring me up. I tell her I wanted a steak burrito not carne asada. She says okay I’ll only charge you for the steak than so it will be cheaper. I try and fail to explain that I don’t want a carne asada burrito and they offer to ring it up as a chicken burrito so it will be an even bigger discount on the burrito I don’t want to eat. All I could do was shake my head and leave while they continued to try to make me buy food I don’t want.
I don’t think I’ll ever go there again and as it is a representation of the company I might avoid chipotle all together as they have really...
Read moreMy husband and I visited this Chipotle last night. There were only a few people in line ahead of us, yet when we got to the server, they were out of veges and were scrambling to fill other containers. No one was making veges either - so they weren't even aware they were out. I went through the line and had my burrito built while he let others go ahead so that he could wait for the veges to be made. Making them consisted of a person tossing a container into a fry pan and walk away. Next time someone looked at the veges, they were tossed in the pan and placed in the steam table - certainly not done like other locations. The gal taking money was rude and couldn't understand why I was waiting - finally after telling her 4 times that my husband was waiting for vege's to be made, she put my burrito aside and rang up the next people. When he reached the register, I told her the floor was very slippery where I was standing and she didn't acknowledge that statement at all. She rang us up, didn't apologize for the wait - told us the total and my husband give her a $20 and was looking for change. She basically threw the $20 back at him, added chips and guac to our order and pushed us on. I asked her if we paid for the chips and she said - "you didn't pay for nothing!" That was it. No reason for the free meal - just a free meal by a very rude check out gal and no apologies for the wait or thanks for the slippery floor info - just take your food and move on. While I appreciate a free meal, words would have gone so much further. There are so many well run Chipotle's. This location doesn't do the Chipotle restaurants any favors. I'll take my business to the location by the NSC. Hope someone at Corporate reads these reviews and...
Read moreThis Chipotle needs a new manager. I almost never write reviews however this Chipotle is literally a public safety hazard that should be shut down until they fix their problems. They recently switched to online ordering. We ordered our food on the app and it said to come pick it up 15 mins later. We waited for 15 mins and then walked in to find roughly 40-50 other people waiting for their order. Completely impossible to social distance. Our order wasn’t ready. We left and came back 10 minutes later. Nothing. We did this for roughly 50 minutes until our order was finally ready. In addition, you have no idea if they’re out of ingredients until you start eating what you ordered and find things missing. Out of the three items we ordered, there were 2-3 ingredients missing from every meal. One of the meals had one piece of chicken in the entire burrito. Another meal had an unknown inedible stick thing in it. The meals were also completely room temperature which makes me wonder if I’ll be getting food poisoning later, if not covid from walking through a mob to get the order. The employees were lethargic, clearly unhappy, clearly abused in some way (financially, emotionally, who knows). The app is a total failure, from a public heath standpoint and a customer satisfaction standpoint. I will be reporting this location to authorities as it is a covid superspreader location, a potential food sanitation hazard, and also appears to be a hostile work environment with no signs upper management...
