I'll start off by saying the quality of the food was excellent and the staff were friendly.
However... my experience today was terrible. I think they're a victim of their own success. Because the food is good, there's a huge crowd that comes here and the staff are working like crazy but the facility simply isn't equipped to deal with the large crowd. The seating area is too small and the staff's work space is also small. There's only one cashier (but two cash registers), so the line is out the door. After you place your order, it takes a long time to get your food so there's another big crowd of people milling around waiting for their order to come up. The music inside is cranked up really loud, so that when they do call out your order number, it's difficult to hear. When you finally get your food, there aren't enough tables so I ended up eating in my car.
The food's good and I'll come back, just not during peak lunch hour. Edited: I'm upgrading my review since my original post five months ago. I've been back several times since. I'm happy to say they've turned down the loud music and now have two cashiers working when they're busy. It's still crowded, but it's running a lot more efficiently now so the wait-time...
Read moreOrdered online at 7:10pm for pick up at 7:30pm. Arrived at 7:32 and checked in that I was there for curbside pickup. I read the sign that said to call and tried the number but the call wouldn’t go through. So I waited outside until the lobby cleared out to less than 5 people per covid 19 rules posted on the door. I told the person at the register that I had checked in almost 20 minutes prior and was wondering if my order was ready... he told me there are “technical problems” with that check in system and they would start my order right away. I told him about the phone problem and he seemed unconcerned... I even tried calling again and put it on speaker so he could hear that it wouldn’t go through... still no concern. I waited another 15 minutes for my food and finally left at 8:05pm. I am not frustrated that they waited to make my order but I was that they blew off the “technical problems” that kept me from wasting my time waiting when I thought they knew I was there to pick up.... long story short, fix your stuff so it works...
Read moreI really use to Love this place but today was just something I didn’t expect. My wife and I came in for lunch mind you we chose five guys over 2 others place we thought about going to. The restaurant wasn’t full like we expected so we we’re happy to see that coming in. Then we stood in line to place our Order and the people in front of us were taking a bit of time getting they’re order place after about 20 minutes they finish they’re order then it’s time for us to place our order so we waited another 20 minutes only to ask what’s going on and to find out that they’re system went completely down and they couldn’t take anymore orders. Mind you No one said anything so another 20 or more minutes passed by with us just standing there and not 1 person said anything to us. We definitely understand that computers have issues sometimes but to just not say anything for that long was Terrible customer service we stood in line for 40/45 minutes total for nothing. I doubt...
