During a recent visit, we had the pleasure of dining at this exceptional restaurant, and it exceeded our expectations on every level. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and the hospitality was outstanding.

Food Quality & Presentation: The meal we enjoyed was nothing short of perfection. The food was bursting with flavor, expertly seasoned, and served at the perfect temperature. The presentation was impeccable—worthy of comparison to top-tier five-star establishments. Every element on the plate was arranged beautifully, making the meal not only delicious but visually stunning as well.

Service: The service was exemplary. The staff was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The owner, in particular, stood out for their friendliness and accommodating nature. They made us feel like valued guests, offering a level of courtesy and professionalism that is rare to find.

Had our best Mexican restaurant meal, ever! (And, we've been going to many Mexican restaurants for decades.) The atmosphere walking in was first class, and immaculate. Our greeter was friendly and seated us immediately. We all ordered different entree's, and all had the very tasty, House Margarita. Our meal arrived in the perfect amount of time after drinks, and chips came to the table. Our meals were so very tasty, that we each shared a taste of our orders, and decided they were all so very delicious. The flavor of each is enhanced by the chefs own preparation of traditional, and non-traditional Mexican fare. We rarely get desert, but chose to try some, given how awesome our meal. Fried ice cream, and Xangos were to die for! By the end of our evening we were planning our next visit to this new, customer oriented restaurant. Definitely go here for the drinks. The food was probably the WORST Mexican found I've had in RVA. Probably won't be returning if its not happy hour. Also, they had a happy hour sign that read "Happy Hour M-F 3p-6p" but the sign was I'm guessing broken & shoved between a counter & a booth. There seemed to be only one person working besides kitchen staff. Which wasn't an issue because they were not busy at all. The food was really the biggest downfall. Steak was over cooked for the fajitas & the papa loca. The chicken in the fajita was just disgusting. The rice taste like they scooped dirt & put it on the plate.Just terrible. Highly do not recommend eating here. The drinks are pricey but worth it. Also, there were no prices on the drink menu. Expect to pay a pretty penny if you're gonna drink...
