I understand these are strange times, but this does not excuse the “service” I received yesterday from the location on Youree drive. I arrived at 6:30 and upon arrival I notice signs saying order over the phone or online but I also noticed an employee taking an elderly lady’s order via notepad presumably because she was having a hard time ordering online because firehouse has a difficult website. I thought okay I’ll just give them a call but after 3 calls an no answer I just hoped an employee would approach me because I had a large order and would prefer to not make it online. Not only because the website is difficult but it also doesn’t allow the additions that I wanted to add. So a employee approached me and asked if I was ordering or picking up I said ordering and she asked if I could order online because their phones weren’t working I informed her that I tried to order online but was having difficulty and I said I saw an employee take someone’s order via notepad I asked can I not do that? She informed me it was her first day and she would ask the employee that did it, I said okay then she came back out and said she would not so I just left. Edit: gave this location another chance on 5/26/20 and believe it or not it was even worst this time. Their were 10 customers just waiting around wondering what was going on because the employees cannot bother to be bothered. In the time frame I was in the store I watched probably 10 people walk in and leave because the employees were just ignoring customers and after 15 minutes of being the only one standing in line they said what you want? and I politely responded I ordered online, gave my name and they said it’s on rack well I checked the rack and guess what it wasn’t there I said it’s not their got no response and was ignored so I finally just left. Read moreKeisha is the shift supervisor who is the biggest failure to this location. Her leadership skills and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my career of the service industry. Her neglect for customer service and her rude behavior has tarnished her employees. The entire staff on August 12th at 1pm is by far the worst team I have experienced. We have ate several times at Firehouse Subs and never thought this kind of treatment would happen. To be told they would honor a mistake that their company app is malfunctioning and then charge the customer 2 times for the same order when we arrive to be told you would not replace the mistaken order. Then talk down to us and make it seem like it was our fault. To talk down to your customers and make them feel inferior is the worst business decision Keisha has ever made. I will be contacting everyone about today's visit. 80 dollars later and bad food service has made this place a joke. Will never spend another dollar at this franchise. Would rather put money in a boot at a red light so I know a firefighter gets what he deserves. Because representing firehouse subs and treating people like we were today is not a proper business decision or good leadership skills. Don't worry about calling the store either because they hang up on you and talk down to you then also. When Keisha is trying to tell you over the phone, she has customers to help, when your a customer yourself trying to get a solution from a person in charge, and hangs up on you. Keisha I hope this gets to you so you can realize just how bad of an attitude you have and how you need to work on yourself so you can lead your team the way they need to be led. Read moreBest Lunch spot in Shreveport/Bossier!! When you open the door, someone or most of the staff(while working) in unison all say “Welcome to firehouse”. I like that. I feel welcome and that they know I’m here.. Most sandwich shops are all a lil different, as is Firehouse, but man the food…..Every time I eat here, it’s sooo good, the order is correct, and I leave completely satisfied!!! I’ll pay for that!! lol anyone should try this spot, and if you get there and need help the guy that works the register, and orders your food, he is always nice and friendly, and will help ya however he can! At lunch there’s also always a lady with a different type shirt, but she and that guy on the register do so much for the customers…. And try their hardest to have you eating as quickly as they can!! If something is wrong they will fix it too!! All in all great lunch...
