part 1. I got my 14 pro max fixed in January on the 25th by the location on line avenue the broken phone, I got a new battery and got my housing redone. my phone was not fixed properly, dust and fibers were left in the camera, the screen would not stay down, I kept having to make trips up there to get him to fix certain things and the same problem kept occurring, I then kept getting a notification on my phone in the settings saying battery not recognize and that the battery and camera also said unknown part. I called and let the guy at broken phone lance knew about the battery and the camera saying unknown part. he told me that was something that it just says and to not worry about it. I then took it to an apple authorized store to get them to look at it, I had to pay for a diagnostic and I had an aftermarket battery in my iPhone when it was supposed to be a genuine apple battery and there were a bunch of missing screws in my phone. I then called lance back at the broken phone on line ave and told him what just happened and asked for a refund he then gave me the phone number of his manager. I spoke to the manager told him what happened he then told me to bring my phone to cellphone solutions so he could look at it. He stated that the the apple battery that was placed in the phone was aftermarket and he showed me what the genuine apple battery was supposed to look like. I then told him about how my screen wouldn't stay down. He told me he would reorder another housing and put the genuine battery in that's supposed to be in. this took place January 28th. on January 29th I came to get my phone from the manager. everything was fine. then the screen kept popping up and kept reoccurring. I had to end up going 3 times, the first time he fixed the screen popping up it happened again, then It popped up again he fixed it and it happened a third time I asked him for a refund because the same problem kept happening he to me the only thing he could do was redo my phone with a good housing. I brought it up there on march 31 to get fixed. I picked it up April 1. everything was fine up until April 12th, I could feel that the screen came back up because I could feel when I was typing on my phone how the screen kept moving down and up. so I pushed the screen back in as I normally would so till I'm able to get back to them. my screen completely stopped working and went green. I texted the manager to tell him what happened no response so I called and spoke to a guy he told me to bring it so they can look. So I brought up there the manger was there and another guy black shiny shaggy hair was the one looked at the phone. so basically the manager said it was nothing else he could do and he could not understand why the screen kept popping up and he redone the housing being nice and he didn't understand why it kept happening. I said well I have kept having to come up here after you've redone the housing and the same problem is occurring. the guy with the black shiny shaggy hair kept saying he's never heard anything like that its not making sense to why the screen would go out. basically kept trying to agree with the manager. so my screen protector had a crack on it which was because I was trying to pull it off and I cracked so I just kept it on not thinking anything of it but they tried to conclude that since my screen protector had a crack that that is the reason why my screen isn't working. the guy with the black shiny shaggy hair pulled my screen protector off and they didn't even want to replace the screen protector that was pulled off that I didn't even ask to be taken off he did it on his own. so the manger said its nothing else he could do and I would have to buy a new screen for 150 and it would be aftermarket. I just said ok and walked out. why should have to pay for a screen that the same problem keeps occurring.

part 2. so a friend of mine went up there to try to see if he could get them to come to a solution about fixing the phone since they weren't trying to fix it. they guy with the black shiny shaggy hair tells him I have a aftermarket screen on my iPhone and compares it to his phone to show my front screen screen is not a genuine apple part. mind you I only came to get my battery and housing redone my front screen was never cracked. so I noticed on my other iPhone how the screen is not the same. so cellphone solutions took my original genuine front screen off my phone and replaced it with a fake aftermarket screen which is why my phone screen went out because aftermarket screens go out quicker because its not a genuine apple screen. the guy with the black shaggy hair told my friend that about the aftermarket screen that it goes out quicker. I just never noticed they took my original apple screen off until the guy with the shaggy hair told my friend about the difference between the screens. so they basically told on themselves that they took my genuine apple screen and replaced it with a aftermarket . I know they are the ones who did it because when I got my phone back from the line location I still had my genuine apple screen. I have pictures and proof of everything. so now I have to get my screen replaced since its out now and now have to pay 300 something to get another genuine apple screen. if you do go here pay attention to your parts take before and afters. I would not recommend this place and I don't recommend the broken phone on line they are all under the same management. they are unprofessional and take your real apple parts and replace them with aftermarket.

In March I took them a the controller for a DJI Phantom 4 that would not charge. It took a while to get the replacement battery. After they replaced it, they noticed it still wasn’t working properly. They discovered it needed a resistor replaced on the circuit board which they did and it now works perfectly. The repair cost was VERY reasonable for what the did. I highly recommend there services.

UPDATE A guy called me a couple days after my post. He kept getting interuppted and said he would call me back because he wanted to give me his "undivided attention"...Im still waiting for that call! Let's see there's a 45 day warranty on unrepairable items so I guess he won't call until day 46.

Took my son's xbox 1 in for repair on a Thursday said it would ready by Saturday which was my son's birthday. The guy seemed liked he really knew what the issue was. Waited all day Saturday...no call...so I decided to call them. I was told it wasn't ready then got a call back right at closing that is was indeed ready. Paid almost $100 for the repair and picked the game up but with all the celebration my son didn't hook it up until Sunday. Once we did, it would not even come on. Called this place again and was told to bring it back in. Once again I went in to pick it back up only to be told they had to take it to there other location so another "tech" could look at it. Called on Tuesday to see if it was ready...this rude girl said no one in the store had any knowledge of the game. Had to call the other store... even that guy was rude and said it would be another 24 hours. Picked it up and guess what! It's still not working. I would never recommend this place to anyone for anything! If you couldnt fix it why lie and say you did and charge me? I'd rather just taken the broken console back and used that $79.99 plus tax towards getting a new one! Now I'm out the money and a game. Geesh! I wish I would have never gone there. If I could give 0 stars I would! Will call tomorrow and update.
