Too Anyone that Bought College Football 25 from this store beware you were scammed. I walk in this store to buy College Football and was offered a package and was told by a guy name Shawn that if I pre ordered it and got this package I get madden 25 next month free. Under the impression this what it was I was told a locker comes with it and when I come back at 8:00pm I will receive that then. I bought the game the same day it came out but why would I walk in a store and pre order a game and pay $163 dollars for just a game, locker, football, and madden jersey that I was never told it was in the locker would be a lot. Reason I say that because I’m in the store tonight and the guy in there was helping me and I mentioned im picking up madden 25 next month free and he told me I wasn’t it was a mistake. I want to make it clear Shawn is the guy responsible for that mistake because if I pre ordered that game at 5:30pm and he knew he made a mistake I think it would have been wise to inform the customer you don’t get madden but still when I picked it up I asked again do I get madden 25 next month jay ask him he said yes so to anyone who got the locker all you gonna get is I’m sorry and the blame game but I think I’m old enough to know who told me what but your not getting madden 25 for free next month like...
Read moreI have been shopping at this gamestop for years and 9/10 times I find myself unsatisfied with what I see. Now keep in mind it's not only this location but most Gamestops I go to.
I cannot begin to count the number of uncomfortable experiences I have had at this particular store. The employees are instructed to sale Gamestop memberships as well as Gamestop Credit Cards , almost forcefully. Now this isnt the only time I feel uncomfortable though, the other reason is people make mistakes. Again, I cannot begin to count the times I have gone to this store, (WHILE AT THE CHECKOUT LINE) an employee made a mistake in the back or on the floor and the MANAGER is "getting on" to the employee AS THEY ARE CHECKING ME OUT. Very unprofessional. This is a major reason I shop mainly online.
Note: I have not had any problems with the employees, 100% of the problem is the Manager and how they are handling the situation IN FRONTOF PAYING CUSTOMERS. If the employee messed us, take them to the back....

When tried using the controller it didn’t work properly so I took it back to GameStop. The worker then tested the controller & it indeed was something wrong with it, the power button was pushed in. I didn’t catch her name but it was the same worker that sold me the controller. I tried exchanging it because I explicitly didn’t want a refund I just wanted a new controller & was told because I didn’t have the receipt I couldn’t but the worker did 100% remember selling me the controller. Because I didn’t have it they gave me $22 in store credit from a $73 purchase!! I don’t understand even without a receipt how I only received $22 bck for a controller that was ALREADY DAMAGED when I bought it!!!! & afterwards I had to spend $60 additional dollars!!! on a brand new controller, so in total I literally lost $150 freaking dollars behind these people selling a...
