Our return experience was disappointing, as the cashier’s demeanor felt passive aggressive and a bit condescending. I did not get her name but she kept all of my husband’s tags, including for items not returned, which gave the impression she doubted the legitimacy of the return. This left us feeling uncomfortable, though we usually enjoy shopping at TJ Maxx and hope this was an isolated experience. Normally, I enjoy patronizing this store; however, the past several times that I've been in the store (this morning being one of those days), it smelled like cigarette smoke! A store employee told me on my last visit that employees go into the restroom to smoke. This should be completely unacceptable and better supervised so that all employees who smoke inside are immediately terminated! I don't plan to continue to shop this location. I'll give the Bossier location my business...

Well my wife drug me in here against my will! I was promptly greeted at the door by their staff who probably noticed the desperation in my eyes! I was pleasantly surprised at how organized everything was allowing my wife to quickly peruse the shelves and find the things I had no idea we needed! Checkout was quick and they were very helpful in making this a far less painful visit than I expected. I just might not whine as much next...
