CUSTOMER SUCKS THERE ON TODAY MY SON TRAVEL FROM MONROE LOUISIANA HEADED BACK TO DALLAS TEXAS HE STOPPED BY JOHNNYS PIZZA THE ONE OFF OF PUNES RIDE AT 2 PM HE PAY FOR THREE 10 INCH PIZZAS TO BRING BACK TO DALLAS TWO OF THE PIIZZA WAS PEPPERONI AND ONE WAS 10 IN SWEEP THE KITCHEN SO WHEN HE ARRIVED BACK HOME TO DALLAS ONE OF THE PIZZA BOX WAS EMPTY NO PIZZA IN IT WAS THE SWEEP THE KITCHEN THE MOST EXPENSIVE ONE BUT THE PEPPERONI WAS IN THE OTHER TWO BOXES . CALL TH LOCATION AND EXPLAIN TO THE LADY THAT THEY DID NOT PUT THE PIZZA IN THE BOX AND IT WAS THE SWEEP THE KITCHEN I ALSO TOLD HER I HAVE THE RECEIPT 35 DOLLARS WAS PAYED AND I EXPLAINED THE TIME AND WHAT WE ORDER WHICH WAS THREE PIZZAS . SHE THEN PUT ME ON HOLD CAME BACK TO THE PHONE AND SAID MAAM WE CAN NOT REFUND YOU AND THE WORKER SAID THEY PUT THE PIZZA IN THE BOX NOW HERE IS THE CATCH I ASKED HER BEFORE SHE PUT ME ON THE PHONE CAN I EMAIL THE PICTURE OF THE EMPTY BOX AND RECEIPT TO HER FOR PROOF THAT STILL WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH SHE THEN GOT LOUD OVER THE PHONE AND SAID I CANT PROOF IT OR CANNOT GIVE YOU YOUR REFUND BACK BUT I PAYED FOR A PIZZA I DIDNT GET IM TRYING TO SEND YOU THE PTOOF THREW TEXT OR EMA IL BUT YOU WANT ME TO DRIVE TWO HOURS BACK GO TO HELL . PLEASE CHECK YOUR BOXES BEFORE LEAVING THE LOCATION. WE STOP THREW THERE ALOT YOU ALL NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME AGAIN ILL GET IT IN MONROE LOUISIANA FOR NOW SHREVEPORT JOHNNYS YOU ALL ARE WRONG...
Read moreRead to the end!! I ordered pizza for my office on a busy Saturday. My order was some how giving away and was told I would have to wait for a new order. I obviously was quite unhappy. So I went to the restaurant in person after not getting an answer on the phone. Keep in mind I'm not easy to deal with as it is. I put the manager on the spot in front of everyone. She seemed like she wanted to melt and cry. Even with the high volume of stress Ms. Ashley never failed to smile. Even when I was being hostile she never failed to be polite. This young lady compensated me for my frustration and even tried to refuse my tip. She is understaffed and I understand that. I applaud her for standing up under the pressure and satisfying her customers. If you want great pizza go to Johnny's and if you need a job...please go help this young lady out. Great Job Ashley. Read moreWe frequent this location about 2 times a week. Usually its great. We went in Thursday for lunch as usual because we work nearby at uhaul. It was crazy! The buffet had no breadsticks the entire time we were there. We waited for hot pizza that didn't come out until we walked out the door. So we had cold gross pizza & no bread sticks! We were a little late back from our 1 hour lunch break because we thought hot pizza & bread was coming. I'm a big guy. So it almost makes me think they waited til we was leaving cause they thought I was going to eat all their fresh stuff up! We're so disappointed & a little offended. They've got to know who we are!
