Sam's Southern Eatery Stoner Avenue — Restaurant in Shreveport

Bought food yesterday night for my mama, and got tiny pieces of fish, hush puppy was gummy, food wasn't cooked the way I ask either. Once I got home she started eating and it was tasteless and a french fries were soggy after I ask for them to be cooked longer and gummy hush puppies(I mean look at how flat the fish is). I told her to stop eating, I called no answer, claim they stop answering the phone at 8:45... Ok. So today I called and told them and they said bring it back, after they brought the food out and had her look at it, the little short man with glasses and a mustache (I think Mexican) told us that they wouldn't do it again. How do you tell a customer, a paying customer that you won't remake your food again if it's wrong or not worth the money you just spent. I would understand if she ate half or most of the food and brought it back, but my mama stop eating after the first bite. It's LIT and the food is BUSSIN'. My first order from this place was through DoorDash. It was so good it made me pull up the next week to place an order. The food was cooked to perfection and they especially get grilled plates right. In the past other Sam's location grilled plates just weren't up to par. To be honest this place reminds me of Sam's Eatery when it first opened a location on Jewella Ave. If you remember the Jewella Ave location they were always on point. 33.50$ bill, wanted to pay part of the bill in cash, and the remainder on my debt card. They took my cash first, then charged the FULL amount of the bill on my debt card. Which was unacceptable.
