I would like to tell you about the experience that I had this time around. I placed the order on the mobile app for drive through pickup at 11:04am on 09/30/23. I drove up to the speaker and was about the 5th car back in the line. When I reached the speaker I said "I'm picking up my mobile order for Tiffany." The man said "One moment while I find your order." He then said "You just placed your order 2 minutes ago, you'll need to pull back around again for me." Keep in mind that this drive-through is a single lane with a curb on one side and the building on the other side. I had to sit in line, and by the time I reached the window it had been a good 5 minutes. I sat at the window for about 7 minutes without ANYONE in there saying a word to me. I finally yelled into the window at the man "I'm Tiffany with my mobile order." He walked to the counter and looked then came back to the window and said "Your order hasn't even been started, I'm going to need you to pull around front." I told him that I had been in line for a good 10 minutes or more, he then explained to me that placing a mobile order to pickup anywhere other than inside is not a good idea. He said that mobile orders in drive throughs go to the "back of the line" and it's faster to place it at the speaker. I told him it made no sense, but I'd wait. He then said "You will have to pull around, I can't have you clogging up my drive through line." I cannot tell you how furious I was, as if I was not a paying customer, or as if I had done something wrong by placing a mobile order to pickup at the drive through. I've never felt more disrespected, and this is the second horrible experience at this particular Starbucks. I pulled around, found a spot in a different parking lot and walked inside for my drinks, only to have one of them SITTING ON THE COUNTER waiting for me, and the other was ready without 45 seconds. I was holding my drink order at 11:32am. It took me 28 minutes minutes to get my order.

Read moreI've been going in and ordering coffee from Starbucks for years now. I spend better than 40.00 dollars a ticket and this is three times a week. I went in on 09/14/2025 to purchase coffee and a meal. I walked to the counter, and the young lady was talking to a friend or coworker as the friend was showing her something. She soon turns to ask me and said, how can I help you, with a dry and unfriendly look on her face went on to give her my order and she seem to be a hard time reading the screen. I asked her to repeat my order to me to ensure she had it correct, as I repeated it several times. She said, no worries, I have it. As I walked to my table to wait for my order, I noticed that my order was incorrect, she gave me Swiss ham baguett instead of a croissant bacon. I walked back to the counter to correct the ticket; she gets upset and tell me in front of everyone that I asked for ham. We went back and forth about me being wrong. A mod came up to help with the situation and explained to her that she had the wrong item on my ticket, he apologized, she was still upset while rolling her eyes at me. Read moreThis Starbucks lost my business. I was already on the fence from yesterday because I wasn’t impressed with attitudes when I walked in, with a mask on. So. I get it, we need to wear a mask! Normally I do, however, evidently I managed to forget my mask at home & didn’t realize it til after I placed a mobile order. I went in to pick up my order; which there was more than enough time for it to be complete to where I could just grab it right off the counter. Whomever was closest to the door said I had to wear my mask (same girl from yesterday), I said I didn’t have it with me & I was told I had to wait outside and it would be brought to me. Ok fine. Again, I get it, (again I didn’t realize my mask wasn’t in my vehicle til after I placed my order) but as I said thank you to the girl who brought my drink out, she very rudely says “next time wear a mask or go through drive thru”. It was absolutely uncalled for! If I had been rude or disrespectful I would have deserved a response like that, but I wasn’t, not until after she was rude to me!
