I don't know what happened, it was plenty busy, a lot of people waiting, the drive thru was full. As a business it had what appeared to be the revenue still being generated, but something is definitely off. You get only one coffee size now, the music has gone to the somewhat offensive side or at least when we were there at the time. The history of the business was taken down and no consideration of helping others was promoted.
I have seen these types of changes, and in less than fifteen years they're gone. It's either the children of the initial start has died and you get the "college educated" with their degrees in business make what looks good on paper decisions destroy the initial love of the beginning and its success (the people). Or it's a buy-out (take over) by the same fault. Its formula for food has been spot on, but wait awhile and it will change. After a while by the time it all starts to soak in, you'll have a decline and just be left scratching your head and ask, "what happened?"
Probably have a Slick Eddie (Lambert) in position right now. Advice: Get rid of him/her/it as soon as possible. For the love of Chick-fil-A never forget where the success came from. The bathrooms used to be the best in any town, not on this day. My wife doesn't want to return. We'reno.... I'm not giving up. For even if we travel I'll still stop and try it. If it's just just the one in Texarkana, then we'll just let that one go to the wayside. There are others out there.
If I were a chicken to be eaten, I'd rather be served at a Chick-fil-A than...
Read moreNow this is a well run franchise. The higher ups must pay attention to their franchise owners. My husband and I enjoy taking our daughter here and she absolutely loves it for the play area, that is always clean, and the food. We feel ok taking her there, unlike some other fast food chains, because the food is not all greasy, nor is it ever stale tasting, and the employees are ALWAYS nice! It’s amazing! One time my husband walked away from the line and said “thank you” and the cashier said, with a genuine smile “my pleasure!” I have yet to have a bad experience at our local Chick-fil-A with customer service. Nor have I had a problem with the food tasting like it’s been cooked in old grease, or cooked too long, or not cooked enough. It’s consistent and I like that. One thing I just tried recently is the chicken strips and they are awesome! I have to say they give Canes a good run for their money on the chicken strips! Another thing I like that there is always someone who is standing nearby at the end of the registers to help if you have an issue or a question or just need something - so you don’t have to stand in line again and don’t feel like you are being rude by “jumping the line” just to get a refill of some water or something. And as packed as they stay with as many children always running around, the employees manage to keep it clean. They do come around while people are eating but they are almost unnoticeable and do not get in the way of you eating. As long as it stays how it is we will continue to eat there when we...

I began to eat my food & notice I don’t bit have any dipping sauce which I suppose to get at least two. I can’t drive up to the window, since I’m in the card only line. So I park in the mobile to go line. As I get out of my car, there’s a worker approaching me. So I make it known that I failed to receive any dipping sauce with my meal. The worker then asks my name on the order, so I tell her. I watch her as she walked over to the order window to relay the message, & all I say was aggressive workers with attitudes as if they placed it in my bag. So the same worker then walks back to my car to ask if I checked the bottom of my bag, which it’s literally two things in the bag, box of nuggets & carton of fries. So I’m like yes I did, even hold up the empty bag & my food so she can see for herself. She then asks to see my receipt, okay no big deal. She then goes back to the window, & comes back with 1 dipping sauce. 1 dipping sauce for a 12 count, when the receipt clearly shows 2 sauces rang up. So at this point I’m getting agitated because she’s asking all these question with the most nonchalant attitude she can possibly have to begin with. Secondly, you’re wasting time accusing me of lying about freaking dipping sauce which is causing my food to get cold. Everything prior to getting my food the experience was great. Just check your food before the workers walk away...
