Panda Express — Restaurant in Shreveport

the WORST experience I have EVER had at a food fast restaurant in my life. Not only were all the doors LOCKED at 6pm on a Sunday, but the TWO staff members that were working were very rude. The one that really was disrespectful & should never work in customer service was Jin. I witnessed him being rude to the DoorDash worker who was also STANDING OUTSIDE the drive thru where we were told to stand since the drive thru was only open...He then gave me attitude for no reason when I simply wanted to ensure they knew the name on the togo order i placed 40 minutes in advance. Lastly, the african american woman (not sure of her name) tried her best to make the experience better after handing me my food. I nicely told her thanks, but I will never be returning to this location. Decided on Panda Express....I never check my food. Ordered double entree. Beef and broccoli was one. Where's the beef???....asked the young lady at the window, where's the meat? She inquires and someone yells only 5 pieces of beef to an order. I promise the little scraps of meat were not pieces. She takes the plate. Returns it. The young lady at the window whom was very nice...relayed the message tht she said she fixed it this time but she can't anymore. I didn't recheck it because at this point I made up my mind "Panda Express" won't receive any of my business!!! When I did check it was probably only the original 5 pieces of beef and 10 which I counted stalks of broccoli. People act as if it comes out of their check...and if the sides were reversed they would be upset paying for nothing . We drove from the Bossier location because Bossier didn't have brown or white rice! Really! Done with Panda Express. Customer service is everything. They decided they DON'T need...

These guys really need some help. I've been here 24 minutes. Only one person servicing the line. Drive thru guy is killing it. I stood in line for almost twenty minutes. While standing in line watching the drive thru guy go through a whole a pan of chow mein. So I had to wait for five minutes while some more was prepared. I was offered a free drink while I waited. Ten minutes later I was told the noodles were ready. Of course when the lady asked what I would like I had to remind her of my order from ten minutes prior. Unfortunately while I waited for the noodles they ran out of one of the other items I had ordered. She apologized and told me that I they weren't going to make any more for the evening. I was pretty irritated. I waited patiently half an hour and I'm leaving with nothing. Ive been eating there for a while and slow service is common. They're consistently slow in the evenings. There had to be six people behind the counter and only one...
