Crumbl — Restaurant in Shreveport

The cookies are always good, but the service people, they are soulless as can be. And rude. I walked in and stood as the front counter for a good 10 minutes to then realized I had to use the Kiosk that was there. A couple of people looked up and saw me and countined on with their job. I shouldn’t had to have stood there for that long. I know they saw that I wasn’t just standing there to stand there. And then I walked out. Called then ask why no one is taking orders. The girl said we are taking orders u can come in and I’ll take your order… like are u serious it takes me to walk out call them to get someone to take my order. She said that the person who was suppose to be on the register didn’t come in. So what u just leave the customers to figure out how to order on their own. This is definitely on the manager but also the fact the employees couldn’t take it into account to tell the customers to order on the kiosk when normally theirs a person who takes it for them so they wouldn’t have known. The cookies are always good but it seems like every time I go they jip me on something specifically at this location… wether it’s the sprinkles on a cookie, or the mini cookie that comes on top. Like that’s what I’m there for is the presentation of the cookies if I wanted a regular cookie I’d go get a regular cookie but I wanted a decorated CRUMBL cookie that I’m spending money for. And it’s not from a lack of tipping. I order online and always tip. So like I wanted the extras? I never say anything I just take it and go. Like I said they’re always great cookies I just wish they put in a little more effort because we do spend more money for these than the average...

Never again. The two workers that I encountered were rude! I placed an order for curbside pickup and had to call the store to get them to bring it out to me after I waited 10 minutes. (Promise I’m not exaggerating.) The person that answered the phone was rude as well as the one that finally brought out the order. Then the French Silk pie was runny like pudding that had not set.
