THE ONLY REASON I HAVE 5 STARS MARKED IS BECAUSE OF SHALONDA. I have a two sided review. First of all I want to thank Shalonda for all of your help. You are amazing and have gone above and beyond to correct two bad experiences. Shalonda is calm, caring, and kind. She listened to my concerns and apologized for the staffs incompetence with my order. She is the reason I will be coming back. 1st Experience: I went through the drive thru. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and a cup of tomato soup. The lady who was working the drive thru was not nice at all. She acted as though she hated her job and hated waiting on people. She rolled her eyes several times. The person who was making my order did not seem to care about the product he was sending out. I get home and my grilled cheese sandwich was burned badly. I called ant Shalonda was an absolute blessing. She understood how upset I was. I sent her pictures of my sandwich and expressed my concern. She remade my order and rectified my situation. 2ND Experience: I went through the drive thru once again and ordered the SAME as before. When I returned back to my office I opened my sandwich and I have no clue what they gave me. Whatever it was had meat on it and i gagged. I am primarily vegetarian. Again the staff was rude. I contacted Shalonda again and sent her photos. She states that she was not working today and rectified it the next day. In conclusion, I will only return if Shalonda is there. It seems as though she is the only employee that has a brain. She needs a raise, promotion, or something to reward her kindness and professionalism. Other employees need to learn from her. If they do not want to be there, then find people who do. The Shreveport Panera needs to be restructured. It needs to have people who care and are professional...
Read moreI am a vegetarian and it is very difficult for me to find places locally where I can easily pick up breakfast during my morning commute. I love the location and the food itself and have been a customer since they opened, but this past three or four months have been ghastly. The people are always friendly and I originally would just order on the app and pickup, but suddenly they started giving me the wrong orders with my name on it, not having my order ready and almost causing me to be late to work. So i decided to just come in and then they don't have what I'm looking for, they are busy chatting and I have to wait around until someone decides to check me out, or the STILL get my order wrong. Got it right on the receipt and STILL give me the wrong straw. This morning, however, was my final straw. I went in and ordered the same thing I ordered every morning. Once again, I am a vegetarian for health reasons. I ordered the Spinach and Artichoke Souffle and received one with bacon in it, unknowingly. I took a bite and immediately spit it back out. Read moreStrawberry Smoothie with Chicken Sandwich, with chips. Order set in kitchen window for several minutes; noticing we were only customers waiting on any order. Pager never alerted; instead it was turned off. When I asked Kitchen help it what was waiting was my order because no one was claiming it; and, their order pager went dead...The help must think once food is paid and order out of kitchen, their jobs are done. How long would that order have set before any employee took note that it was "orphaned"?!
Dining room and entrance area dirty; tables not wiped (where we sat, surface was sticky); and several booth cushions were coated in crumbs. Order too expensive for value. See picture and consider if that was worth $19.61, with 1 oz, very small bag of kettle potatoe chips. Passed on soup...pictures look tasty but too SALTY! DRIVE Thru service is slight improvement...at least they pass your order to you, includes departure surprises too late to correct, whereas Dining Room is a service desert...
