My first visit and probably my last. I ordered the Little (small) Cajun fries $3.79+ tax and they were horribly undercooked and extremely soggy then add lukewarm, well they didn’t get eaten so a waste of $4.00. As for the burger, it was good but for $8.00 it should be amazing.. all together with no drink $13.89 for a lunch I could of gotten cheaper and better for the quality of this meal. I have no problem paying a higher price for a great burger and some amazing crispy HOT fries. I just happened today to have a craving for a good burger and fries and choose to try Five Guys out, WOW, the disappointment. So from my experience here go ahead order a burger but stay away from the fries.

The lady who took my order was nice. The cook who asked me about where I was from turned away and started yelling things about me was awkward. But the saddest thing was after I drove away, finished my fries, I opened my 22 dollar super fancy "bacon burger" and theres no cheese?! The thing was dry and sad. Be WARNED THERES NO CHEEESE ON THEIR 2ND NICEST MOST EXPENSIVE BURGER!!!

☆this is an update to below ☆ When you click on the menu be aware that the photo is 6 years old. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ Love their burgers even though they are $$. Check the size on this single patty cheeseburger, $10 plus..then $$ Fries, they are great though sometimes a lil too soft (not crispy enough) for me. Add a shake for another $5+, finally coming in for a landing around $25.

Every time I do an online order and go to pick it up from this store, without fail the staff completely forgets I’m in the store and my order is just sitting on top of their fry station, unsealed so it gets cold for a solid 10-15 minutes. I’m always under the impression that maybe my order isn’t ready since I live close by to it, but no they just forget my existence.

Finally after waiting each and every time I go in there, one staff member asks me “what’s the name on your order” and I tell them, then checks to see if my order is one of the ones that’s been completed, and it is.

I want to note that I understand that five guys cooks their food fresh and it’s going to take a while, but when the staff are completely rude and joking back and forth with each other while not doing anything is when I personally have an issue, on top of just ignoring the fact that I’m just sitting there waiting on my order that was finished 10 minutes ago.

I will not be returning to this location again until there’s some serious staff upgrades. Not all of the staff are like this, but the...

My wife and I were given the 5 star treatment at Five Guys. It was our first time and the man taking our order was on it. We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, a kosher style hot dog all the way, milkshakes, and five guys fries. What we got wasn't just a burger but it was all made from love. The hot dog was nothing short of west coast awesomeness. The guys were happy, cutting up and smiling. The sizzle on the griddle was nostalgic and that cook made the patties beautifully. The burger had a slight crust but kept it juicy. Seasoned perfect! They had rhythm and love for what they did. They asked how was it and we were overwhelmed by this experience. Said it was our first time and definitely not our last. Definitely a great experience and that's what's missing from places now. So, again, many thanks to these men who love what they do and putting that in the food and atmosphere. One more thing, I asked what was good and my man named the menu, haha. Everything is but he didnt want to be general about it. You're...

I want to make clear first that the employees were working tirelessly and as hard as they could as far as I could tell. All but one of them remained pleasant and polite despite the hectic rush. The problem seemed to be that there were only 3 employees on duty despite what must have been a very busy Saturday. We were getting a late lunch at around 2pm, so I can only imagine what the peak times of the day must’ve been like. Our order took about triple the time it was supposed to take to be ready. Because they were so rushed trying to get our orders, the burgers were sloppy and the fries were very undercooked, so undercooked as to be inedible. Luckily it was a takeout order so we saved the fries at home to recook ourselves another time, but we couldn’t eat them with the meal. Again, most of the employees were very kind and apologetic. This experience was just not a good reflection on Five Guys as a...
