Bubba D's Pizza & Wings LLC — Restaurant in Shrewsbury

This place is absolutely terrible. Placed an order at 5:30, food didn’t get here until 7:30. We were told 45 to an hour when we placed. We then had to call, sit on hold for an additional 20 mins just to find out where our food was. Our food finally arrived, not only ridiculously late but COLD, and WRONG. When I called back to speak with the manager regarding this, I was told “ we are slammed, they should have told you 2 hours when you called , and to order somewhere else next time”, also was met with “ I’m not going to stop making pizzas to call customers” At no point did the manager acknowledge any wrong doing on this establishments part, nor offer any type of credit back. Not sure if the manager even understands how to delegate, let alone run a kitchen. The fact that Even the delivery driver asked if they called to tell us it would be late, and said “ they should have, I apologize” when I said no. Take your business else where, these people clearly don’t know what professionalism means, nor how to run a take out/ restaurant business. Just another example of work ethic being non existent anymore. Being understaffed is not an excuse for poor customer service. You can’t blame the customer when they are understandably upset after spending money on food, it doesn’t work that way....

If I could rate this restaurant I would rate it at a 0 stars. This place has the worst customer service. Young lady who answers the phone was very rude and impolite. I spent over 55$ in food and ordered a salad which was frozen & not fresh. The manager Dustin argued back and forth and said they were fresh leaves. “His words were what you calling to get free food?” As a business owner/manager the customer should always be right!! And to answer his question I wasnt calling to get “free food” as I expressed I spent enough, but just calling to share the salads weren’t fresh and was made improperly I couldn’t believe they would treat someone so unfairly it isn’t about getting back any food or refund it’s about genuine customer service and food to your likening. Tonight my wife and I got a rare night out without our child. I work third shift and have limited choices waking up later in the day so we decided to check out Glen Rock Pizzeria, since they were open until 9. When we arrived at 830 we were surprised to find them closed and quickly rushed over to Bubba Ds arriving fifteen minutes before close. Sherry and Greg accommodated us even though it was close to closing and we had an great time on the deck, enjoying one of the last nice evening of the year and enjoying a tasty pizza. I cant say enough good things about Sherry and Greg, very friendly and open. The pizza alone would have us coming back however these two employees will have us inviting friends and family along. Thanks again, you two, you made our evening!
