Taco Bell — Restaurant in Shrewsbury Township

Our experience tonight at taco bell was awful. Got there at about 9:30pm. Dine in area says closes at 10pm. Other families were already sitting and eating their meals. We go to the register to order without anyone in front of us and the cashier asked is this to go. As soon as we answered to dine in she had an attitude. Couldn't look us in the face. Just looked straight ahead like she was staring into space. We didnt say a thing got our food and drinks that was placed in a bag as if here it is leave. We took it to the table. Which most tables had the chairs leaned against the tables. Another family finished their meals and went to exit the building only to find they were locked in. Mind you closing for dine in area is 10pm it wasnt even 9:50pm. Another employee from behind the counter kindly told the customer to exit through the other door and told the others dining to use that door as well. We finished our meals and went to exit through the door that we were told to only to find it locked as well. So all exits were locked before 10pm. Fire hazard.!!! When customers are unable to exit the location. The girl that wouldnt look at us when taking our order said we are closed i will let you out. I mentioned the safety hazard that locking at the exits caused and that she should smile sometimes. Again the look i recieved wasn't pleasant. This employee seemed miserable with her job. She didnt smile or even greet the customers with a pleasant attitude. Mind you if it wasnt for the customers they wouldn't have a pay check. We have been to this location multiple times never encountering issues. In fact the employees we seen tonight were not ones we had ever seen before. We will take our business else where. I just got done going to Walmart and Shrewsbury and found a $5 bill in the parking lot. Went to Taco Bell there, told them I was a disabled and homeless veteran anything to eat I had $5.34 and they had me pull around. They asked if I wanted anything to drink as well and I was content with water but they gave me two bottles of water instead of tap water and filled the gallon container of water up for Dexter, not only were they kind and gave me what I asked, he gave me some coupons for free tacos and a free Nachos Bell Grande as well as some Nacho fries! I was honestly taken aback at their kindness and cannot explain to you how happy they made me! As I pulled into eat my food I just started crying. It's hard enough for me to ask these things bc I feel like I'm begging, but a closed mouth doesn't get fed. Literally... but they helped and they were happy to and it made me feel so special. I will always go to this place if I'm ever close to it! People should be smarter and Kinder like this because people can read these comments and other people of like mind will go to eat there to support people what kinds like this so it's a wise business idea even if you're doing it for strictly financial reasons because you're going to get more customers! And yes I am embarrassed by this picture because they look so foolish, but I almost never cry in life and you can tell I just had for about 30...

This place is always the worst! Really wish this place could get a descent staff. All I wanted was regular tacos; that dont come with the gross amount of sour cream. She said regular tacos dont come with tomatoes. Is this new or something? I've never received tacos without lettuce and tomatoes. So they charged me for supreme tacos, and just left off the sour cream. It's like I have to be a detective when I go to this place. Did they put everything in the bag? Did they make my tacos so soggy, that its gross and ruined by the time I get home? Did they over charge me? This place always forgets stuff or over charges.
