Highlight: husband walks in on someone in the bathroom. Manager-Tina Front desk Brittany -worked there for three weeks on Monday was left on her own to handle everything.
Reservations done on Expedia
Booked for standard king two night stay
Was first placed in room 207 then told we were placed under a reservation under a Samantha Horn not my name. That we were booked under a double bed room.
Showed proof of reservation and then was told we originally were suppose to be in room 259. We asked what building and we were told opposite of where we were.
That building only went to 239.
Brittany then informed me she was not aware of a third building because she was new and called the manager for not the 2nd time that night asking if there was a 259. There was.
My husband found the room. While I stood at front desk asking to speak with Tina on the phone. She refused to speak to me but then Spoke to another gentleman in the lobby. He was with a company.
Husband walked into room 259 to walk In. THERE WAS ALREADY ANOTHER PERSON IN THERE. IN THE BATHROOM.
I at this point I was so upset I now asked for the corporate number. Brittany then said to Tina on phone “she is on the corporate thing”
Tina then had time to speak with me. When speaking to me she said she was driving and was not able to speak to me at the time. Mind you that man in lobby was right beside me and I had waited until he was off the phone.
Tina simply lied. She made the man with the company who did not have a reservation a priority.
When I spoke to Tina on the phone she was very upset started to raise her voice with me. stating I would have to speak to Expedia that they did the booking wrong.
I then stayed for the 3-4th time I wanted the corporate number. Her response was to yell stating she “does not have that number laying around”
I hung up.
Brittany asked if I was taking 207 or finding another place to stay.
We then called Expedia. On their end they stated they called Brittany spoke to her. She said they would have to speak to Tina in the morning. Expedia explained they had the reservations correct as a two night stay in a king bed.
Called Quality Inn corporate and left a detailed complaint to be told that because it’s a franchise the person above Tina is the owner. And that “in honesty” they take the complaint send it to the owner and they decide if they call the people or not to resolve issues.
Expedia Called the following morning to be told that they have to now wait till Monday to get confirmation they did not give us the room we booked. All so I can just get a refund for not getting the room we booked for.
Let’s see if Monday Tina has time to verify they did not have our room open to Expedia so we can...

I should be shocked by now but honestly I'm not. Hotel cleanliness has gone down to a place I never thought it would go. My sister and brother in law booked a room here for a church event two weeks ago. We were warned that our church group would actually be removing this hotel from their recommendation list due to the myriad of issues they have, however it was too late to reverse their reservation. After a full day of volunteering at our church event they went to go check into their room aware that they may need to do some light cleaning. However when they entered the room they found that a simple light cleaning would not make this room habitable. Just to name a few there was mildew in the bathroom, stains on the bedding, and unknown substances left on the walls just to name a few. Not to mention that there was visible mold on the ceiling of the hotel hallways. Willing to try to work with this hotel they agreed to the room switch that the front desk had offered, but when they went to that room the person next door was blast music at an extremely high volume, and the key card to their second room did not work. Now they went down the front desk again, which did handle the situation with grace and apologized for the issues. However due to them wanting an actual place to lay their heads without worrying about contracting something from this hotel they decided to go to a different location. While they did agree to pay for the first night they did request a refund for the nights that they did not stay. After sister having to call repeatedly to get an update, which she was warned that their GM Tina Gill was incredibly hard to get a hold of. Tina Gill ruled that my sister and brother in law would not be able to get a refund. She quoted the no cancelation and no refund policy they have but honestly that is an entrapment. Your staffs laziness and inability to upload a basic cleanliness contract makes your policy null and void while placing this establishment in a breach of contract. I genuinely hope Tina Gill that you truly never ever have to stay in a hotel as disgusting as your hotel was. This will be escalated to the highest level that this can go as we do have photos of the state your...

Drove in to Sidney for my grandpa’s funeral. I booked the hotel through Priceline. We finally get to hotel around 11pm and start to check in.
I hand the receptionist my ID and she said “these addresses don’t match.” The information they had for me in the system was that I was staying only 1 night (I booked and was charged for 2 nights.)
They also had my phone number, address, etc all wrong. It said I was staying with for work with a company and that I was from Bangkok. I’m from Wisconsin...
Checking in took a very long time because all the information was wrong and we had to correct it all. Only added to my stress.
After getting my room key, we pull the car around to the closest exit door to my room (so I don’t have to carry my luggage far.) I was told to never leave the building without my room key and that it is REQUIRED to get in to the building and that all exit doors will lock behind me. “You must slide your card on all doors to get access into the building.” Nope. Door opens right up- anyone can walk in to the hotel...(no room key needed)
There were about 5 matresses and box spring sets in the hallway leaned up against the wall. Ceiling tiles missing. Dirty and cold in the hallway.
Room was “non-smoking” and it wreaked of smoke.
Bugs were in our bed under sheets.
The pictures make the hotel look glorious, but it is very misleading. Nothing like the pictures.
Long story short... checked in at 11:30 pm and checked out at 2:30 am...
Save yourself the trouble and spend the extra $30 a night and go to the holiday inn express across the street.
Going back in the morning to speak to manager about getting a full refund.
On a positive note, the receptionist was very nice and kept apologizing -...
