We had ordered from this Dominos a few days ago and had an issue but wanted to give them another shot. We put in an order online at 5:03 and I received an email that delivery would be in 15-25 min. Everything seemed right on track when we got a text saying our driver Angel had left at 5:11. After 25 more minutes had gone by our food still he not arrived. I went online and checked the tracker again and it said that our pizza had been delivered. I had my wife call because at this point it had been almost 45 minutes and most definately had not been delivered.
As soon as my wife called all the excuses and run around started. The 1st excuse was that they are on a different system then the pizza tracker and that it's not accurate but let us know that the driver just left the store. My wife tried to explain that this was the 2nd issue within 3 days and that she just wanted to cancel the order. She was then passed over to a manager. She proceeded to try and explain the issues and just wanted to cancel the order. The manager kept trying to talk over her and just kept apologizing not wanting to actually hear the problem. Then starts in with excuses about lots of orders and only having one driver ect.... Finally after being adamant about wanting to cancel the order he just said "I voided ther order" and hung up on her.
This Dominos has gone downhill over the last few months and has no clue what customer service is. Any time there is an issue all they have are excuses and are extremely rude when you just wont except their list of excuses.

I used the web site to order take out as it is significantly cheaper. When I arrived, I gave a counter person (person 1) my order number. She said "it will just be a "couple more minutes". I waited but never say #1 again. After some minutes counter person #2 (who was on the phone at the time of my entry asked "are you being helped?". I replied I was by the other person. More waiting. Counter person number two asks "what's you name?", I gave it and she found my pie on the shelf. She gave the pie to me and turned away. I said, don't you want me to pay. She responded " I thought the other person had helped you." So I was dissatisfied with the overall performance but satisfied with both counter person #2 and the quality of the pie. Our orders are always accurately made and arrive on time, and the delivery drivers are some of the friendliest and most polite people I've encountered in Sierra Vista. Additionally, when there was a major power outage (due to a lightning strike knocking down several poles) just a few weeks ago and the store had to close early for safety reasons, the manager and staff handled the situation professionally and made it a point to call all customers who had orders in to explain what happened. They were very apologetic despite the fact that the power outage was completely out of their hands. When our order was fulfilled upon the store's opening the following day, the manager threw in a complimentary order of cinnamon twists. I'd give them more than 5...
