Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Siler City

Stopped by after visiting the Zoo in Asheboro with my wife and 2 boys. Hoping to get some wings, was told rudely by the young girl up front they did not have them, still placed an order of the extra most bestest pepperoni and crazy cheese bread, was then told no garlic sauce is included, even though every other location we've been to gives you at least one... After waiting for our order, being we were headed back on the road, we asked if they had any plates or an empty box to have, the girl said "I don't think I can do that...." That should have been a straight forward answer...? She couldn't bother to ask, so we took just our food and left. 20 minutes down the road after eating the pizza, with no complaints, we opened the cheese bread. It was somehow browned cheese on the top, but raw dough underneath... My husband then called and complained to the manager who simply said "I'm sorry about that.." Not offering any resolution. Hope no one else wastes...

I'll start by saying the guy at the counter was nice. However, the employees were inattentive. Came inside to pick up my order as my pager was going off. I stood there waiting 10 minutes with it and no less than 3 employees looked at me but didn't bother to bring me my order that was sitting on the rack getting cold - even the girl who was supposed to be boxing pizzas but was playing on her phone. The counter employee was busy helping another customer, running the drive thru, and restocking the drink cooler.

My pretzel pizza was disgusting and overcooked. The crust was flat chewy and dark, not light and fluffy like the commercials. And whatever oil they used to brush on the crust tasted weird and bitter. Highly disappointed, as I was hoping for the same flavors as the last time the pretzel pizza...

Last time I went, the pizza was much better than in the past. I'm sure it's because it was freshly baked instead of sitting in the pizza warmer. My advice guys, ditch the warmer, it makes your pizza taste like cardboard with a shoe leather texture, it's working against your fight for success. Update: Ordered delivery on the app, doordash driver dropped it at the first building he saw in my apartment complex, and confirmed delivery. When I called in to correct the record, the best they coul do was a refund in 10-12 days. DO BETTER DOORDASH! Do better...
