After 6 hr drive from NC mountains with another hour to drive to reach our destination, our suv (loaded with tired doggie & family) requires immediate service on a Saturday night because suddenly battery light indicator comes on & obvious dimming lights, etc. We stop at an Auto Zone, Hwy 64, Siler City NC. The battery checked ok, but we had to have a new alternator. Miguel, very pleasant and reassuring, worked rapidly, professionally and very hard to get us back on the road. Read moreThe young man that helped me was patient and considerate, I know absolutely nothing about cars. He took the time to walk outside look at my car and then tell me what I should get. Now the only complaint I have is that the other 3 young men working were more interested in talking to each other than the other customers in the store, even when asked a question the customer was given the shortest possible answer and pointed to the aisle that the woman would find the item she was looking for. I will go back to a store with less of a selection that has great customer service over a big selection with bad customer service and people with awful attitude. BTW Prices are not bad at all, they had a special it was a 5 gallon bucket with all of the things in it you need to wash your car like those the soap itself the sponges that drying towels detailing stuff and it was $23 and it was the Maguires brand excellent deal I believe it saved you 20 for $26 somewhere in there with the difference in savings...
