Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Siler City

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant and I’m 60 idiots running the joint, couldn’t eat couldn’t get my drink, wasted time wasted money “DON’T GO TO THIS SONIC “, it’s not really sonic, trust me it’s NOT SONIC I would like to say, that Kevin, GM of this site did reach out to me and try to make things right, I thank you Kevin. I’m sorry but I also have to add that I was verbally abused by a 5 foot African American man, well not really a man he not only obviously enjoyed trying to tell me what to do, but this idiot thought it was hilarious to upset a 60 year old white woman, I take it very personal this 5 foot idiot enjoyed upsetting me more than I already was, I can never drive into any sonic again without fear of what kind of people work there, it’s sad to me. watch out everyone for sonic employee’s, never know who or WHAT you might come across, this happened last night at 1509 11th street Siler city NC just in case I need to specify, I’m sure other patrons have experienced the same treatment, I can’t take it lying down and I won’t I did nothing to provoke the verbal abuse I endured, just watch out for these people they think they can treat humans any way they want and go back to work tomorrow and do again,”what fun they had at a customer’s expense, I am still bothered that people like that can continue to inflict their hatred or despise for other humans in food establishments, my apologies Kevin, I have to say what I couldn’t say last night 😭I must also add that I think this establishment is racist, if you are of any color other than Caucasian you might could expect a good experience, otherwise I truly believe you will you screwed any way possible, I truly believe these people that work at siler city sonic, don’t like...

My 61 year old sister went in there tonight and had an issue with two male employees. She ordered coke to drink, it tasted bad so she brought it back letting them know the carbination or syrup might be running out. The guy with the shaved head and ponytail replied "yeah, it probably is" and then stood there. He didn't offer a replacement or anything so she asked if they had Dr. Pepper or something else. With an irritated tone he replied "well, I can try". At that point she figured she would let them know about the uncooked, mushy tots and burned chicken. Then another young man joins in saying "ma'am, if you don't tell us, we won't know". After they both repeated that a few times she said "That's what I'm doing. I just want to be able to eat this" as she had paid $26 for the meal. No solution was offered, instead, both employees began laughing at her frustration. She got mad and dropped her food on the floor. This was admittedly wrong, however, these two men then began yelling at her, a 98lb woman, to "Pick up her mess!!!" over and over again, while physically backing her toward her vehicle. Once she began picking it up, they continued laughing at her. When she got home, she called the 800 number that has been offered in several of these reviews. She spoke with a man. He offered nothing more than the words "I'm sorry that happened" he did not even ask for her information. We have both tried calling the location for hours and NO ONE answers. We aren't...

My friend and I had 2 small mobile orders that were due to be ready at 8:33 and 8:38. No problem that they might be over time but we didn't receive both of our complete orders until after 9:30. This was after pressing the call button and being told it would just be a couple more minutes. If we hadn't pressed the button we would still be there today waiting 😒. The lady who brought it out was very sweet and friendly but the others inside making orders were goofing off and one was even sitting down. How do I know ? Because I checked my order before we left and was missing a side so we pulled to the window and had to wait again and could see inside. We waited forever for something simple. Also, my order was supposed to be ready 5 mins before my friend and when they brought out food after we talked to them they brought my friends and we had to wait another 10 mins for mine. From order placed on app in the stall until we left the parking lot we waited OVER 1 hour. We wanted to refund our money and leave but with using the app and having already paid we couldn't get a refund. RIDICULOUS and I can't imagine we will...
