She ordered coke to drink, it tasted bad so she brought it back letting them know the carbination or syrup might be running out. The guy with the shaved head and ponytail replied "yeah, it probably is" and then stood there. He didn't offer a replacement or anything so she asked if they had Dr. Pepper or something else. With an irritated tone he replied "well, I can try". At that point she figured she would let them know about the uncooked, mushy tots and burned chicken. Then another young man joins in saying "ma'am, if you don't tell us, we won't know". After they both repeated that a few times she said "That's what I'm doing. I just want to be able to eat this" as she had paid $26 for the meal. No solution was offered, instead, both employees began laughing at her frustration. She got mad and dropped her food on the floor. This was admittedly wrong, however, these two men then began yelling at her, a 98lb woman, to "Pick up her mess!!!" over and over again, while physically backing her toward her vehicle. Once she began picking it up, they continued laughing at her. When she got home, she called the 800 number that has been offered in several of these reviews. She spoke with a man.    Read moreMy friend and I had 2 small mobile orders that were due to be ready at 8:33 and 8:38. No problem that they might be over time but we didn't receive both of our complete orders until after 9:30. This was after pressing the call button and being told it would just be a couple more minutes. If we hadn't pressed the button we would still be there today waiting đ. The lady who brought it out was very sweet and friendly but the others inside making orders were goofing off and one was even sitting down. How do I know ? Because I checked my order before we left and was missing a side so we pulled to the window and had to wait again and could see inside. We waited forever for something simple. Also, my order was supposed to be ready 5 mins before my friend and when they brought out food after we talked to them they brought my friends and we had to wait another 10 mins for mine. From order placed on app in the stall until we left the parking lot we waited OVER 1 hour.
