Los Victor's Mexican Food California Style — Restaurant in Silver City

I am very disappointed, the gentleman at the window was very nice, I ordered a carnitas burrito and a drink and was asked to pull forward so I did. I waited over 25 minutes and I went back around the drive thru and after many minutes they noticed someone was at drive thru. I asked the gentleman if my burrito was ready and he had forgotten, so I was asked to pull up and park once again. I was heading out of town so I was wanting to get on road. My drink was good and I just got home 2 hours later and I opened up my plate with the burrito that was supposed to have been smothered in green chili sauce and it hardly had any sauce, I proceeded to open the burrito to view its contents and was so disappointed to find hardly any meat, by the way, I did not get carnitas, I got a few pieces of roast meat and the soggy tortilla was loaded with the filler of rice and beans and hardly any meat, the tortilla was huge and I payed extra for the chili sauce and cheese and theirs a faint smell to my burrito and I threw away the tortilla, I paid 11.80 for that burrito that I gutted and not sure if I will attempt to eat any of it for my lunch tomorrow. I will not order food there again, the drink was fine, but I was hugely disappointed in the quality of food and having to wait as I was forgotten and the gentleman did apologize and said, they had given my burrito to someone else. I hope they got carnitas cause my burrito was not carnitas. I’d still be waiting there if I had not driven back around to the drive thru again. Need better customer service, cut back on fillers for a burrito and add more meat as your paying for it and make it desirable so you gain customers and not lose...

FOOD POISONING!!!!!! THEY WILL ALSO STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!! Read till the bottom!!! We are already feeling sick just minutes after eating there!! The food sucked!!! Chicken looked like a rotisserie that had been left on a hot plate until it has the consistency of leather. I have eaten at many Mexican restaurants this one takes the cake for the worst I have ever had. I would give zero stars if I could. If you’re thinking of eating here do not, choose McDonalds. I have never had such awful food and if you are looking for local budget Mexican go with fidetios or del tacos, I have had both they are way better. Do not make the same mistake we did! If you are still thinking of going then bless you and your families and be prepared for food poisoning! Walked in and no one visible in store. After nearly 10 min, an employee came out of kitchen to take an order to a drive thru customer. He said he would be right with us. Ordered our food (rolled chicken tacos with beans and rice). Employee told to help ourselves to chips, queso and salsa on the counter. Queso and salsa were in large clear containers with large ladles inside. The queso container was about half full and seemed watered down. The salsa container was almost empty appearing to have a small amount of red water in the bottom. I opted for no dip with my chips and sit down. The chips were stale. The food came out and looked OK. But when we tried to eat the beans and rice we noticed a weird flavor. The rolled tacos seemed to be fair but I was so afraid after seeing the queso and salsa and tasting the beans that I did not eat anymore of the food. We threw it away and left.
